My wife and I went in the Sunday to get sandwiches for a picnic in the park. The 2 ladies acted like we were interfering in something they were doing. They just threw our sandwiches together in a mess. One of them got testy with us over what we wanted on our sandwiches. After getting to the park to eat we couldn't even eat what they made. The bread was so hard and stale that we ended up throwing them away. This location has gone to hell from what it use to be. We cant comprehend how the owners allow this from their store. We NEVER go back and do NOT recommend this location to anyone.

This place should really just close. They no longer carry sweet tea, and 4 of the 8 soda options at the drink machine were not available. On top of that, the bread on my sandwich was stale and they also ran out of bread to use for the second sub.
This is the south, choosing to no longer carry tea is the dumbest decision you could possibly make. It costs maybe a dollar to fill a container of tea. Even if you somehow managed to operate at a loss on tea, it is something that people expect to have at a restaurant.
The only nice thing was the staff, other than that, total crap. This place is downright pitiful.

second time of terrible service and missing sub y’all have one job it is not that hard. first time i came back about a month ago they had the audacity to argue with me about we made this or that why would i drive up here to lie about this. terrible young workers definitely don’t order online unless picking up and can make sure you got what you ordered.

I purchased a salad and picked it up in store. Got home and it’s not chopped up and missing lettuce it’s a pile of meat and cheese with random veggies and no lettuce or dressing. I called and they were no help. Unpleasant experience to say the least.
Just go to the one in Belmont instead

I placed an order online. They took the money out of my account and then when I went to pick it up, they said they never received an order and I was trying to explain to the man at the store that my account showed that they received patment for the food. I also explained that I had not received a email with the receipt. And as I’m trying to explain to him the situation and what’s going on a lady on checking out another customer who apparently was the quote and “store manager” as she said, chimes up and interrupts me speaking to him and says” I’ll be with you in a minute” with an attitude as if i was bothering her. So I told her I was not speaking to her. I was talking to the man that was helping me. The guy who I was speaking with was the one that addressed me as soon as I walked in and then she continue to argue with me and say “Well I’m the store manager, and I said I’ll be with you in a minute” and I told her I didn’t care who she was I was talking to the other guy. She followed up with “anyways” and turned around and kept checking out the customer. I was not trying to interrupt her checking out. I was nice about the whole situation until she got an attitude. Apparently thinks its a flex to be a “store manager of a subway” and be rude to customers. This is not the first run that I’ve had issues out of this specific location, but for someone to talk to me like that when I didn’t even have an attitude when I came in and then for her to just chime up with an attitude and hateful for absolutely no reason in front of other customers and employees is absolutely uncalled for. SUBWAY® if you’re going to employ this of trash behavior then you might as well just close your doors. Number one she lacks customer service, majorly and the only reason why I got an attitude with her back is because she was so hateful to begin with. This location is a joke!

Has to be the worst sandwich from Subway that I’ve had. The bread was stale. The meat tasted old. It was clearly not measured as there were more vegetables/sauce than meat. This is my second and last time eating at this location. Never again! Both times were bss but this time was this absolute worst

Please get new leadership. Had a online order and everything was wrong. Didn't follow instructions on my order and everything is wrong. Oh yeah and I guess the foot long cookie is just 4 cookies thrown in the bag huh? Retrain you employee's to make it the way the customer wants!

I order online a lot at several different locations but this location has never once got my mobile order correct or on time I’ve showed up 30 minutes later the store is empty and my order is not ready …and when you are in the store they argue about who’s is going to make your order

4/29 dinner time. I went in with an order of 4 subs and it went smoothly. The service was great. Right amount of topping and meats. The boys making food were kind. The one preparing with meat and cheese was kind and involved in conversation and cute. Not bad price. Bad comments for no reason

Went there for lunch. It was pretty quiet which was nice. Pretty typical subway experience in my opinion. A lot of the negative reviews seemed like dinner time, so I'm glad I went at noon. Overall, I had no issues and food was good.
