Went there for lunch. It was pretty quiet which was nice. Pretty typical subway experience in my opinion. A lot of the negative reviews seemed like dinner time, so I'm glad I went at noon. Overall, I had no issues and food was good.

They were the best a few years ago like 2021 to 2022 not anymore management and staff now terrible they can't get a simple sandwich right he'll ask for one thing and get the total opposite. Lazy staff locks door around 9:30 and say they're closed when the actual close time is 10:00 p.m.

Third time my order has been wrong for a pick up. They are always either out of stock or they swap the topping on the subs. I would much rather go further up the road to the subway in Walmart than go to this one again.Update… they also left out one of the cookies we ordered.

Staff closes this location earlier than posted times on a regular basis. It would be great if the location was open the posted hours. Often i am just trying to grab a bite of something other than fast food when getting off late.The employees were not rude but told us they close early often for no reason. I will have to find another place instead.

The 2 gentlemen that fixed our order last night were some of the best! They were fast, efficient, polite, and just overall kind! We haven’t had the best experiences at this subway because they seem to be overly busy and not properly staffed, but last night was a great experience! They treated all customers with respect and worked quickly trying to get everyone in line in and out, while still pulling online orders and door dash! Ones name was Jacob and the other Damony ( I’m sure I’m spelling it incorrectly and I apologize because I even asked him last night but got busy with the family before I could post a review). Great young gentlemen, doing a great job, and making sure each customer is taken care of with a smile! They need a raise!!! We need more of people like them working in these times of settings, especially with the rush of life and not making the customer feel like they are an inconvenience!!

The store is supposed to be open at 9am however the sign on the front door said it wouldn't be open until 9:30am. Fine. I walked up at about 9:35am. The store still wasn't open and the person inside told me they weren't ready yet. This is a business providing a service to the public and should be operated as such. Get it together.
