Amy is freaking on top of it! Great customer service, really knows how to brighten your mood with her upbeat and positive attitude. Not the first time either, but everytime Ive seen her pulling a shift. Appreciate you Amy!

Just ordered a door dash and ordered extra seasoned beef and instead I got double beans. I know it was late night so if you didn’t have the meat just refund the item…
Worst drive thru I have been to. Every single time they leave customers waiting 10+ minutes on the speaker. I sat 25+ minutes behind 2 cars today, rudest workers on the speaker who can barely pretend to be in a good mood are truly the icing on the cake.

Waited in line for over 30 minutes. Watched 4 cars get their order taken and food and were told at the window to wait while cars piled up behind us and no explanation for why our order couldn’t be taken when there was no one ahead of us any longer. Terrible service! The Belmont location is the only one worth it to me. I was excited for the Mount Holly location but it’s not consistent whatsoever!

Every time I come there’s an issue with staff. This last time was my final straw. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes and pulled off into the parking lot usher to pick up my food. When I got inside a few people came in after me to pick up mobile orders and the employees helped them before even acknowledging me I felt very see thru. They then told me I never set off the sensor yet the car behind me ordered and picked up their food in the same time frame I stood inside. Once I got my food they just slid the bag to me and didn’t say a word. I wasn’t rude to them in anyway when I came in I just wanted to pick up my mobile order like everyone else. Next time I’ll drive the extra miles for Taco Bell.

Have never once gotten the right thing, know thats on me cuz i keep hoping they will get better - everytime i order they are conveniently out of one of my items and offer no compensation. Also the employees always have attitude and act like doing their job is a punishment

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Not a single piece of meat in my crunch wrap haha. Also never been through a drive thru with so much trash. I feel like a small car would high center with the amount of crap they have out there. Go anywhere but this tbell

Staff is severely rude. My fiancée was waiting for me to get back from the bathroom so we can order and the little red hair girl said with a terrible attitude “ who are you waiting for”. First things first that is not how you speak to a customer. So we just left. I see now from the reviews that they have horrible service and badly prepared food. TACO BELL RE-TRAIN your employees or get rid of them.

The service was terrible the girl taking my order had a really nasty attitude. The food was way too salty, the cinnamon twists were mostly cinnamon and sugar, and the drinks had no flavor at all. Overall, a total waste of money.

10/19/25 Edited to add: Awful service, if you even get it. After 10 minutes in the drive-thru line, the car behind me backed out, then I backed out, because I think the employees keep forgetting they have a drive-thru. It's gotten ridiculous. And if they can't remember they have a drive-thru, I doubt they can remember safe & hygenic food handling practices.
It's a new location and I can tell that employee turn-over is making streamlining difficult. But the food has been tasty and well prepared. The employees have always been friendly and courteous.
