Horrible experience. No meat in my burritos. Didn't listen to my order modification. Had to go back up there and it still wasn't right! This place should be SHUT DOWN. I Love Taco Bell! Never in my life!! SMH

The service is terrible. I recommend the manager replace the employees if they're not willing to serve customers with respect. They'd be better off staying home. The person in charge of purchasing should keep an eye on their inventory because many items are unavailable, but they don't let you know when ordering. My order was cold due to the incompetence of the employee who refuses to call customers by name. So, why do they have a system where you write down your name when ordering?

I accidentally pulled into the mobile order lane and the lady was really sweet about it even tho I am apparently blind. Jordyn O is a very sweet lady.

Never a taco again. Do you want to feel unwelcome? Just go to the mobile app lane at Taco Bell without a mobile order. They will kick you TF out. As if most of their stores aren't already claiming bankruptcy anyway?

Taco Bell is basically taco hell to begin with, so don't make me go into your mobile order Lane only just to get a crappy taco. You're not that good, guys. They literally declined my money because I was the only customer in their empty drive-through because I went to the wrong lane! I'll never go back again.

Sat at the speaker for more than 10 minutes waiting on someone to speak to me and when I pulled away the vehicle behind me was able to place their order no problem, place is managed by a joke.
