Taco Bell is basically taco hell to begin with, so don't make me go into your mobile order Lane only just to get a crappy taco. You're not that good, guys. They literally declined my money because I was the only customer in their empty drive-through because I went to the wrong lane! I'll never go back again.

Sat at the speaker for more than 10 minutes waiting on someone to speak to me and when I pulled away the vehicle behind me was able to place their order no problem, place is managed by a joke.

I’ve literally never had any problems with this location until today. They’ve never gotten anything wrong! I made it all the way home when I realized I was missing an item. I called up there and they said they would replace it for me, so I drove back over. They asked me two times if I wanted steak or chicken…I got back home and it was still the opposite of what I told them. Don’t know what was going on today but hopefully it clears up😅
Today dated March 20th 25 at 6:10 I was there in this negative 0.1 in service for my Doorsash pickup. I got to see kids sloths providing jobs who made me wait for 35 minutes.
