From the outside looking in... OWNERS/GM are very disrespectful, inconsiderate and dishonest. MALE OWNER didn't tip his server while dining in with his family. FEMALE OWNER is rude and dismissive to her employees. GM is rude and unmannerly. Witnessed one manager tell a customer to "Get the **** out if you don't like it!!" as she told [said customer] to calm down. Some servers can't keep up while other servers pick up their slack. Servers sit on their phones instead of greeting tables. Definitely favoritism floating around. Some servers "choose" which tables they'd like to take and deny greeting most. After being sat, wait time is ridiculously long when they're busy... even just for drinks/beer. Food is decent but overpriced for the amount you get. While dining in once, my son was served PLASTIC in his salad and it was NOT corrected. THE BEER IS GOOD! The burgers and wings ARE GREAT! 👍

The Dragon Slayer burger was AWESOME! Give it a shot. The Ice Gold IPA was solid as well. We will be back.

Went there to enjoy the outside seating on a beautiful fall day! 2nd visit and wasn't thrilled with the beer selection. I like German style and close as I got was a dark Chek lager....meh. Service was outstanding! Pretzel was great but $3 extra for a shot glass size of beer cheese was laughable! Only stayed for one because the generator for the food truck killed the atmosphere outside. To bad; was looking forward to the visit all week. Next time I'll go to the RIver Room in McAdenville. Great beer selection and a great patio!

My friends and I went to Traust today and unfortunately the service was awful. At first everything seemed great. The waitress was nice and took our orders. After a long wait, one of my friends received their food, then slowly other orders started to come in except for mine and one other friend. When I did get mine, it was wrong. My friend still had not received hers. I sent mine back to be fixed and then never got my food. The waiter did bring me the pub chips that went with my order but forgot the ranch and I had to ask twice for it to finally be brought 30 minutes or so later. This is when I discovered that he forgot to put in my order to be made correctly. His response was “my bad.” There was no urgency or any concern. He said he would go put it in then, but at that time we had already been there around 2 hours and were about to leave. Everyone had already eaten. When a different waitress came to collect payments, the item I never received was still on the bill. They did take it off after consulting with another waitress. Another incident that happened while we were here was the guy bussing tables came to our table while others were still eating and took away plates that had food on it still. He had asked about taking any plates or cups and my friend told him he was still eating yet he still took the plate away. I understand places are understaffed and busy and people forget and mess up. The problem here was they just didn’t have any care or concern to fix what they had messed up on.

It was our second time having food from here. First experience was good, but not today. We ordered to go lunch . The fries were over cooked and salty. The salad was like pico de gallo very poor presentation, we like the place hopefully this review help you to improve.

Good food but $3 more for damn beer cheese on the pretzel, give me a damn break. Overpriced.
Got the salmon cake sandwich. Pretty flavorful and fresh but over salty. Was a little disappointed at first that there were no ciders on tap, but the waiter offered a suggestions for the flight that I took and I was not disappointed! Service was friendly and fast. + Liked the Halloween decorations
The Charlotte Alumni chapter of PHI BETA SIGMA FRATERNITY INCORPORATED recently had one of our events there. Very nice spot and great staff.

We sat at the bar and ordered their Lilli Pils Pilsner and we split the loaded tots. Courtney our bartender was friendly and helpful. Food service was fast. Beer was perfect as we just kayaked the nearby Dutchman’s Creek. We could not finish the tots and got a to go box. We were driving our van and appreciated the large free parking lot behind the brewery. If passing through this is a great brewery to visit.
