My girlfriend and I discovered this place and were blown away. When you first walk in, it’s like walking in a Viking longhouse, the food is great, especially the tenders and Dragonslayer burger, and the beer is amazing. I fell in love with the “Birch please” so I hope they bring it back. Also the staff is always friendly, especially Ian who helped me figure out what other drinks I’d love.

The staff is nice and friendly. I ordered the cubana and upgraded my side. The proportions were a lot smaller than I expected for $21. The sandwich was maybe 4 inches across and crushed. The meat on it wasnt bad. The tots were greasy and not crispy at all. My sister ordered the mushroom and swiss and she said the mushrooms tasted like they were out of a can. They were chewy and flavorless. Overall I'd say its overpriced and fits the millennial hipster brewery trash mid food stereotype. A copy and paste of mediocrity. This place seriously needs to be on an episode of Bar Rescue.

You know me - I’m always going to stop at a brewery when I’m traveling and this time I stopped at an awesome NOT little spot in Mount Holly. I tried 5 beers ranging from good to awesome. Service was exceptional getting attention from like 5 different people working. The space was huge inside with a nice outdoor courtyard on the Main Street. Extra benefit - tons of parking on the other side of Main Street.
I also ate and the Cuban sandwich was really good. Extremely juicy meat. I’ve had a lot of Cuban sandwiches after living in Miami for a number of years. It’s a personal favorite. This one was unique because it was a mustard aioli and the unique tang with the sauce made it extremely tasty. I will come back when I’m in town and I WILL get another Cuban sandwich
We just hosted our daughter’s baby shower at Traust Brewery in Mount Holly and it could not have been more perfect! Jess and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food (those sliders and fries were a hit!) was delicious, and of course the drinks were excellent.
The space had such a fun, comfortable vibe that made it easy for guests of all ages to enjoy themselves. Every detail came together seamlessly, and we received so many compliments from our friends and family about how great the venue was.
Highly recommend Traust Brewery for any gathering or celebration — they made our special day unforgettable!
