This was my first time trying Hardee’s ever. And sad to say, I’m never having it here again. The Customer service is terrible and lazy workers. And the food is alright.

Stopped by to get two strawberry milkshakes at a cost of ten dollars and it took 20 mins to get them and we were the only customer there. After taking a drink we had to throw them away they tasted so bad, like nestles quick strawberry drink mix,No ice cream at all, nothing fresh. We will never be back

I have given this restaurant so many chances but today was the last time I will ever go there! I sat at the drive-through for 15 minutes before I finally made it to the window. Then waited another 5 minutes before I got my food. Not only was the order completely wrong, the fries were cold, the buns were hard, and the burger tasted like it had been previously cooked and reheated. Everything was horrible, including the service! To the owner, who always replies to previous comments: Nothing has changed or gotten any better! It is time to make some changes before you have to close your doors due to lack of business!

Nasty store I have ever been in..fecal matter all over the bathroom toilet the bathroom floor out into the hallway and just nasty food laying out on the counters in the back where the cooks right I mean the floors filthy the counters filthy the windows are filthy the food I wouldn't even eat it it's just disgusting I've never been in a Hardee's that is so nasty

I would give zero stars if I could. Food is consistently nasty. We have been customers over the years and try to support community restaurants. But we can’t do that anymore with this Hardee’s. Food is always cold, never has advertised milk shakes, and tonight, toaster was broken so they couldn’t toast bread for Frisco sandwich and just sent it to us anyway. Sandwich was completely cold 2 minutes after leaving store
