I can't give too much hate to this place, we love subway. they just may need to have more workers, and maybe train the ones that are there a little more. There's always only one employee for dinner that I've seen the last 3 times we have been. We did place an online order once too, and every sandwich we ordered was wrong, and missing lettuce. There was nothing on the website about being out of stock, and the employee did not mention them being out.

Yikes! My fault for not reading the reviews first. First time here in a long time. Ordered on the app and got there 20+ minutes after I ordered, and the subs had not been started yet. There was no one else in line at the time. Not sure if a large group had come in when I ordered. Also, I had ordered a meatball sub and was told they couldn’t make that because someone forgot to thaw out meatballs earlier. I honestly felt bad for the ONE worker there by herself. I do not blame her, she was very nice and quickly made the subs. Based on the reviews, it seems as though the manager ignores all the negative reviews, if this is an ongoing issue which it appears to be. Just a shame for a small town subway! Hope the girl that made my subs gets more help than she had tonight.

It's 4:15 on Sunday 2/23/2025, open sign is on, lights inside are on, door is locked, and there appeares to be no one in the building. Waited 20 min and nocked on door, no signs of any employees or any car at the building.

Last time I will come here. I arrived at 10:30 (supposed to open at 10am) and they did not have anything ready to go. Told me they are running behind and won’t be able to make my sandwich for me and I left. Not the first, second, or even third time I’ve had an issue with this subway. Don’t waste your time or money on this place.

Pulled into the parking lot at 8:45 and was going to go in since they closed at 10pm but was told to stop as we entered because it was online only. Thought ok we will just order online and wait outside but as we finished our order they canceled the order. Very unprofessional and rude if you ask me

We live really close, and decided to try some of their new stuff with all of these app-only deals. Today was my last, 4 swings, 4 misses. I ordered on the app and went and picked up my food that was ready and waiting on me exactly 0 out of 4 times. App says food is done, get to the store, they start the order. I don't even know if this is a corporate or employee issue. The first time i ordered it charged my card and the order wasnt even there. I had to show the order on the app with the correct store number, and even showed the charge on my card. I got my food, but what?? Today I ordered and it said my food was done before i left my house. I got there at the pickup time (well after the app said it was complete) and had to wait on the 2 walk in orders who got their food and left before mine was done.

Never came in here to get food when there was more than one person working. Came in ordered 5 sandwiches and 4 people behind me on Sat and no one to help this poor girl. She was doing her best bit it a joke to think one employee can handle all this !!! Get these people some help!!! At least she was polite an tried ro help everyone best she could!

4-12-24Ordered on the app from Hwy49 and Zion Ch Rd.. When I walked in to pick up my order it wasn't ready. The place was empty except for 1 customer who had just walked in ahead of me. I had to wait in line behind him before they would make my order. I won't stop here again. I'll do something else next time.

Veggies are always half frozen and look old, sometimes the meat is as well. didn't even have chips out to select from, most of the fountain drinks were out of service, toaster has been out for so long its ridiculous. Service is great tho! I'm guessing just terrible owners/management

Their toaster hasn't worked in over a month. It would appear that management does not prioritize having functioning equipment. Absolute laziness on their part.
