Second time they have screwed up our order at night. Made 3 of the 5 burgers correct but somehow screwed up the other two. Whopper Jr. no ketchup, no pickle, add bbq. Had ketchup and pickles and no bbq. Bacon cheeseburger add lettuce, mayo, onion, no mustard, ketchup or pickle, had everything plus ketchup and mustard. During breakfast and lunch they do great so something needs to change at night.

The store closes at 10 pm .. ( was in line at 9:25 pm )went through the drive thru and no answering . Drive around to see 4 employees on their phone and not taking any order so I honked at the window and they confused to ignore .

I got there at 8:30 on a Friday night. They had already locked the doors and had 3 employees hanging out in the lobby I tried to open the doors but they were locked, sent my kid around to try the other door and of course it’s locked also. While doing this the employees all decided to go to the back and a white male employee kept turning around as they left the lobby and laughing at us. As we get into the car all 3 employees returned to the lobby to hang out. I had already ordered my food on the app for pick up but clearly that was not happening. So I went to drive thru and tried there. The drive thru female employee was nice and seemed to be the only one taking her job seriously. I got my food and went home which is literally 3 minutes down the road. When I got home, all the food was cold and not like room temperature cold, like it was in the fridge cold. Ice cold. All of it. If there was a manager there, they should be fired along with the male employees that night and if there wasn’t, they DEFINITELY need supervision! Tried to eat some of the ice cold whopper and instantly felt sick.

I was going through the drive-thru...
I placed one large order.... I asked that the food be separated into 3 meals..( placed in 3 different bags).
I was told I could not place more than 2 orders in the drive-thru, that I would have to go inside......Only it was being paid by One Bank card! With One!! Swipe!! ... Plus, I am disabled with a handicap parking card on my windshield.
I felt Very inconvenienced and nearly left, the manager was called....
It was still only one order. One payment!!

Went for lunch and the food was ok. Typical B.K. No wait and food was quick. The only complaint was there was not a clean table in the place. Every table was sticky, and/or had food all over it. Even the window sills, had food on them. Not sure if they just had a lunch rush, but at 1:30-2pm in the afternoon on a Sunday, it's not likely. Not our first time finding seating due to cleanliness. Maybe we'll stick to drive thru if we return.

May 5, 2025 There was five employees there I was the only customer in the lobby, and there was no vehicles in the drive-through. All I wanted was an original chicken sandwich with cheese literally five ingredients. Not only did I not get cheese on my sandwich you can tell the oil hadn’t been changed in a long time and the very first bite tasted horrible. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location. That’s the only reason I decided to leave a comment.

The manager need to have more people working on the weekends. It was only 3 people working as fast as they could because the restaurant was really busy. I waited 24min for my order.
