May 5, 2025 There was five employees there I was the only customer in the lobby, and there was no vehicles in the drive-through. All I wanted was an original chicken sandwich with cheese literally five ingredients. Not only did I not get cheese on my sandwich you can tell the oil hadn’t been changed in a long time and the very first bite tasted horrible. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me at this location. That’s the only reason I decided to leave a comment.

The manager need to have more people working on the weekends. It was only 3 people working as fast as they could because the restaurant was really busy. I waited 24min for my order.

12 March 2025, we ordered at the drive-through window 3 whopper meals 2 medium and 1 large. Had to wait 15 minutes for the staff member to bring it to the car. Opened the bag, and one medium fries had about 5 or 6 fries in the box. Went to the door to complain and ask for ketchup. The staff that opened the door took care of it by changing the fries from medium to large. But the other young staff member put 50 packets of ketchup in bag, which was rudely done. It is 9:15 at night. We had driven for 3 hours to celebrate my birthday on 13 March 2025. The whoppers were cold, but the fries were hot. Now i have a wasteful bag of ketchup.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place seriously sucks. Every time we try to give them a chance it’s at least a 45 minute wait for food! Absolutely ridiculous. And it somehow ends up being cold after waiting all that time. We have tried ordering ahead vs at the screen and it’s the same thing every time, even with no cars around.

Wow. This place got 100% sanitation score, so the rest should have been easy. But no- employees are ALL sour pusses. Not a smile to be found. We ate inside, and the ENTIRE time we we subjected to loud conversations and complaints about their schedules, work, etc. A miserable experience. And btw, yes, your boss does and should control what you do at work. Unbelievable.

Every time the bugers are cold. Cheese is cold. This time no bbq on the rodeo bugers. I'm done. My kids will not eat this sht any more!
I LOVE BK, and I RARELY give ANY fast food place this high of a rating. Multiple times I walked in, asked for my favorite (rodeo king which isn’t on the menu) the cashier that was taken away from his supervising was HAPPY to help me (he was a tall black guy don’t know his name) told me he’d get me my off menu meal with pleasure. He made good banter and I left with my food. When I got home! Oh boy. You open the top of the burger and examine it for quality, the burger maker had taken the time to chop up the bacon and spread it around the top of the burger so every bite has bacon… go to sonic next door and tell me if they don’t throw the bacon on like you’re a peasant..without love. The onion rings on my rodeo king were generous as well!!! It made me happy. Only Texas BKs made burgers like this and I was far from home. If you love BK GO HERE!

I order no pickles, or maybe no onions thinking I'm going to get a fresh burger. Never. I get an old burger cold with the cheese sill flapping in the wind Way more often than not. My first red flag was when I handed her my card, she immediately asked me if I wanted my receipt, but being local I thought I was safe from 4 hour burgers😡

The breakfast croissants were very greasy. We got a sausage and a ham croissant. The sausage tasted funny and the ham in the croissant tasted stale. Neither one on us could eat our croissants. The tater tots were cold but we were hungry and on the road so that's what we ended up eating. I will never go back.
