Ordered pizza, saw on my ring camera the driver walk up to my porch, but didn’t leave the pizza, took it with them, I tried calling for over 30 min, no answer, drove up there, the driver apparently took my pizza to the wrong house and realized it when they got to my house, so instead of knocking to let me know, they left, and after going up there, they made a new set for me but never called me to let me know, so I wonder how long I would have waited had I not gone up there.
Also, I prepaid online so the driver got a tip for a pizza they never delivered…

I ordered two pizzas, but they never arrived because the driver didn’t follow the delivery instructions. Their excuse? She was too lazy to get out of the car and walk. I had to send someone to meet her, but she (the delivery driver) went to a completely different location (that is more inaccessible due to military regulation) and couldn’t find the driver. Keep in mind, all of this happened on a military base, and I couldn’t leave the area due to orders—yet she expected me to go 500 meters beyond my authorized zone. In the end, the driver just drove off and never issued a refund. Also, I attempted to call to get my refund, but she (delivery driver) decided to hang up after bullshiting some excuse and not let me talk.

Ordered a curbside pickup, when I got there the place was nearly empty. I waited 15min past the time on the app, as I was about to walk in an employee walked out with my order. He said that they thought the car I was driving was something other than what I inputted on the app which was not the case. No one bothered to walk out and verify my car.

I ordered and had my pizza delivered(5-17-25). Paid for it with a credit card and left instructions for pizza to be left at garage door. The delivery guy kept ringing my door bell at the garage door and the front door. I had a hurt knee and couldn't get to door. The pizza wasn't good and wasn't worth the price. I probably won't be back. The delivery guy should read the instructions.

Horrible customer service, order time stated 12-21 minutes initially (then updated after 30 minutes to a new 20-32 minutes and then again to 37-42 minutes all after the tracker said quality check was done). Drove up to the store since the tracker said order was QC checked (and sitting for over an hour) come to find out they haven’t started it yet. Called the store prior and they were unhelpful as well as extremely unprofessional. Whoever Brian / Bryan is needs to be fired for being extremely unprofessional on the phone and hanging up on me twice (answering the second time oh it you again).

This place just plain sucks!!!! Pizza was lacking in cheese and sauce. Two inches from edge, nothing. For the price of these things, I would like the whole pizza covered. I had to wait for them to remake my pizza because they screwed it up. Apparently, some of these folks can’t read.
