Ordered pizza, saw on my ring camera the driver walk up to my porch, but didn’t leave the pizza, took it with them, I tried calling for over 30 min, no answer, drove up there, the driver apparently took my pizza to the wrong house and realized it when they got to my house, so instead of knocking to let me know, they left, and after going up there, they made a new set for me but never called me to let me know, so I wonder how long I would have waited had I not gone up there.
Also, I prepaid online so the driver got a tip for a pizza they never delivered…

I ordered and had my pizza delivered(5-17-25). Paid for it with a credit card and left instructions for pizza to be left at garage door. The delivery guy kept ringing my door bell at the garage door and the front door. I had a hurt knee and couldn't get to door. The pizza wasn't good and wasn't worth the price. I probably won't be back. The delivery guy should read the instructions.

Not sure why this place gets so many bad reviews. We have ordered weekly for going on three years and not once had an issue with order pickup or delivery.

Horrible customer service, order time stated 12-21 minutes initially (then updated after 30 minutes to a new 20-32 minutes and then again to 37-42 minutes all after the tracker said quality check was done). Drove up to the store since the tracker said order was QC checked (and sitting for over an hour) come to find out they haven’t started it yet. Called the store prior and they were unhelpful as well as extremely unprofessional. Whoever Brian / Bryan is needs to be fired for being extremely unprofessional on the phone and hanging up on me twice (answering the second time oh it you again).

Ordered pizza at 6:49 pm hour later was still not ready walked in twice was ask my name could not get my name right.the manager said they were not worried about people ordering and picking up. They were concerned with the delivery orders. Ask for money back and took 15 minutes. Done with this place

Just wanted to give a quick shout out to my delivery driver, Curtis. I really didn’t want to have to go out in the storm to get dinner, and I truly appreciate you getting our dinner to us.
This place just plain sucks!!!! Pizza was lacking in cheese and sauce. Two inches from edge, nothing. For the price of these things, I would like the whole pizza covered. I had to wait for them to remake my pizza because they screwed it up. Apparently, some of these folks can’t read.
