Made an online order for half a dozen donuts and they had legit none I ordered. Plain donuts, like vanilla frosted and jelly. None of them. But they were online. So I’d recommend coming and ordering. I had to come back to issue a refund and the girl in the drive through asked for my card and when she returned it after the refund she said nothing at all. It hasn’t been added back onto my card yet either.

I paid $20 for donuts and coffee, which was fine, but when I asked for a complimentary water, I was told it would be an extra dollar. When I voiced my concern, I was laughed at. I decided to just move on with my day, but the experience left a bad impression. I won’t be returning.

Great food & coffee... somewhat overpriced, honestly. I like the refresher drinks & compared to Starbucks, IT'S WAY BETTER, by size, taste & PRICE! Their hot breakfast sandwiches & breakfast cake slices *are* decent, but again, overpriced... & I'm guessing, close to the expiration date, according to taste. I still like them better than Starbucks

Wish I could give no stars , I’m not the type to waste my time writing reviews.I try to come here everyday since it’s the only coffee place on my commute to work in va beach. The service is terrible and the teenagers that work at this location are disrespectful and rude. I had enough after many many nasty coffees and breakfast sandwiches. Today 7/22/25 7 am I was refused water. Wish I got the workers name but she had glasses and a nasty attitude. I’m not asking for much but a pregnant woman who needs water is refused? With no extra explanation? Terrible will not be coming back. I get it’s fast food but really?

I've got to the display case and found lot's of fly on the donuts and did not offer to give me fresh one, after I told waitress she just wave fly off and box it up. I'm very disappointed on what just happened to me in there.

Not understanding why sell cups if they won’t let you use them to put your ice coffee or frozen coffee in. No matter what you should be able to use your cup that you purchase from them.
Place is so inconsistent. When its good, its great but you never know when it will be.

this is a great dunkin, the employees are nice, the food is fresh and the drinks are amazing. one downside is that this worker kourtney is rude and selfish and doesn’t care about her surroundings. Smh.

Ordered begal sandwiches and both mine and my boyfriends was burnt, the carmel craze iced coffee you barley taste any carmel. The dunkin thats in town on the way to the board walk is wayyyyy better! This one needs to be shut down or trained the right way.
Coffee was old and the place was a mess.
