Not understanding why sell cups if they won’t let you use them to put your ice coffee or frozen coffee in. No matter what you should be able to use your cup that you purchase from them.

this is a great dunkin, the employees are nice, the food is fresh and the drinks are amazing. one downside is that this worker kourtney is rude and selfish and doesn’t care about her surroundings. Smh.

Ordered begal sandwiches and both mine and my boyfriends was burnt, the carmel craze iced coffee you barley taste any carmel. The dunkin thats in town on the way to the board walk is wayyyyy better! This one needs to be shut down or trained the right way.

This place is terrible! I have continued to give this store the benefit of the doubt after several screw ups but I'm done with them. Went through the drive thru this morning and ordered 2 drinks, 2 donuts, egg bites and an avocado toast. Like the last time, the drinks were watered down with almost no flavoring to them and they didn't give us our donuts. Whoever owns this store really needs to take a hard look at their staffing and lack of management.

Asked to place an order for the Halloween Bucket (2) for the veterans at the new Veteran Care Center in VA Bch. Was told I couldn't order ahead. So I drove up there yesterday, 6 cars in front of me, waited 15 or more minutes and had to call out hello, hello is anyone there. Finally got response and ordered 2 buckets and they were out. First why can't you order ahead of time? Seems to need more help and service very slow.
I usually place my orders on the app to add efficiency and keep things moving but it backfired. This weekend had I not already paid for my order I would have driven off. 2 cars total ahead with one ordering as I drive up, no problem this should not take long. Well thanks to PEYTON sp? my unusual 13 minute drive thru experience was extended to 16 minutes for her socialization time after the completed order was passed through the window. I know Covid changed the workplace but I will take my business elsewhere. Hopefully she got a date out of my wasted time. I wish ZERO stars was an option.

They are efficient and friendly. Rarely do I have any issues with my order. When accidents happen, they are courteous and quick to remedy the problem. I can only imagine how busy they are with tourist traffic on summer weekends, so their good attitudes deserve praise!
My only criticism, which I attribute to corporate Dunkin and not this specific store, is when ordering through the app items are sometimes unavailable, but you don’t find out until you arrive to pick up your already paid for order. I wish there were a way to have current availability in sync with the app when placing your order.
Kid-friendliness: They always say hi to my sweet angel babe in the back seat!
