Pick your own assorted otherwise you'll end up with 2 or 3 kinds of the same thing. Order 1 dozen assorted and 1 dozen glaze. Glaze was added to the sorted too. Also had to ask for a bag to carry 4 1/2 dozen boxes and napkins.

It has really gone down hill since 1st opening. They keep discontinuing the special donuts like the lemon. They say we are out of them Finally on 4th trip I'm told we no longer carry them. Have to wait before anyone even answers you. I won't be back.

Disappointed in this location - Always trash on floors when going inside, there are only kids running the place, never an adult present when going inside. Today, I placed an order in the drive thru. The young lady taking my order asked if I wanted to add a drink to make a $5 meal. When ringing me up, she said my total was $10.02, and when scanning my reward for free hash browns, which I ordered, it took nothing off. I was in a hurry and didn’t have time argue. Still trying to figure out how $5 turned into $10. J will be going to a different location from now on.

I usually get the same thing everytime. Im not a very picky person, but anytime I get a hot coffee I expect it to be hot and not Luke warm. Also since when does it take 15 mintues to make a bagel with cream cheese. Every single damn time I ordered a bagel it took over 10 mintues.

lowkey ion even complain like that but i got a cookie butter chai n it was 95% oatmilk, no flavor, no crumble on the cold foam…$7 for a cup of oatmilk w cream on top like bfr yall kids get paid more then that so make my drink right…ive been in fast food industry n its not that hard guys 😜

Save your time and your money and just go to Starbucks in Chesapeake, atleast you know exactly what you’re going to get .. every time I order the same drink here it taste completely different at this location… I got a hot chocolate for my 3 year old and it was way too hot, I asked them to put a couple pieces of ice in it and they tried charging me for a cup of ice! I’m done ordering here, I rather pay the up charge at Starbucks.. this is what my 7$ drink looked like today.. terrible

I ordered a hot coffee. I recieved a cold coffee while they said enjoy your hot coffee. I wish I could enjoy a hot coffee because this sure wasn't it.. friendly staff

I thought maybe it was me. I order the same thing every time but it’s never the same. Sometimes its very sweet and flavorful and others its like there is hardly any cream, flavor, or sugar. I noticed on the cup there are no longer numbers for each item. Last order I watched the worker look at the label for the additives and there were no numbers in the slip she was reading from. Are they just guessing????? Time to frequent another place until they get this sorted.
They are the only Dunkin in the area. As busy as this store gets, the employees are always rushing to make sure everything gets done. They always greet me with a good morning and a smile.

My husband and I stopped in and ordered turkey sausage English muffin with egg and cheese. Delicious. 2 iced caramel lattes that were the best we've ever had from any Dunkin. They were perfection.
