The Manager, Maddie, was so kind & helpful when I was having a difficult time ordering through the app. This young lady is such an asset to the company, & to this location. She's got a bright future ahead of her.
The ladies behind the counter were so friendly, helpful, & fun! I was having a frustrating day with a cranky, hungry (hangry) 3-year old, but they turned everything right around with their kind, fun attitudes & laughter!
So grateful that a happy accident led me into this restaurant today!

Stopped by last night 6pm to pickup 1/2 gallon of strawberry lemonade. Young lady at drive thru said they didn't have any ok I'll have regular lemonade. She tells me $7.49 for a half gallon of lemonade. There's a sign stuck in the ground to the right of the menu board that advertise the lemonade/lemonade strawberry for $2.89 per half gallon.

Ever since Thomas left this place has just gone all the way down. Fly’s in drinks. Undercooked chicken and always out of something. The people don’t care and it show in every way. Don’t waste ur money. Never busy but have an attitude about making stuff.

So, last night my wife picked up an 8 piece chicken dinner. When we opened it up, it had 4 wings, 3 thighs, 1 breast, and NO legs. We've been patronizing this Hardees for over 25 years and Every single time we've ordered the dinners it's come with equal number of pieces....until now. When we called the manager, he said that they can only give us what's available at that moment which might be fine IF they let the customer know that before they purchase. When my wife conveyed that to the manager, he immediately got an attitude and hung up on her. We were furious and wanted to go right up to the store in person but chose to complain to corporate instead. This disrespect is unacceptable and therefore they lost a long time customer.
I order a white meat chicken snack and it is burnt. I waited for a while so to the special order. What ever happen to the elderly man who was manager. He is s awesome tried calling and it went to fax machine.

I come here often, hit or miss in the food but I usually stop here cuz I'm starving.
>> Today I had mustard and ketchup soup on soggy bread with a side of beef patty.
I was very hungry so I wiped off the sauce, ate around parts of the bread that didn't mush apart. Patty was warm, big plus!
People who work there are pretty nice, so that's a W. 👍
