The worse I've ever had, the manager was super mean to all the employees, and very rude to all the customers, our food was just thrown in the bag, my wife's sandwich wasn't even in a wrapper I had French fries in my chili dog... not really sure how that happens and it was flipped upside down in the bag... it looked like they dug the food out of the trash and threw it in the bag, french fries were stale, she's gotta be the worst manager ever and should be fired

Sandwiches were hot and good. Fries…. Someone should be fired for serving these 2 orders of fries to us. They served old, cold, dried out hard fries. In fact so hard I thought I had chipped a tooth. It was dinner time, place was dead. I don’t understand why you couldn’t have dropped FRESH HOT FRIES when you had 2 customers? Poor customer service. Ask yourself, would YOU serve this to your own family?

The Manager, Maddie, was so kind & helpful when I was having a difficult time ordering through the app. This young lady is such an asset to the company, & to this location. She's got a bright future ahead of her.
The ladies behind the counter were so friendly, helpful, & fun! I was having a frustrating day with a cranky, hungry (hangry) 3-year old, but they turned everything right around with their kind, fun attitudes & laughter!
So grateful that a happy accident led me into this restaurant today!

Stopped by last night 6pm to pickup 1/2 gallon of strawberry lemonade. Young lady at drive thru said they didn't have any ok I'll have regular lemonade. She tells me $7.49 for a half gallon of lemonade. There's a sign stuck in the ground to the right of the menu board that advertise the lemonade/lemonade strawberry for $2.89 per half gallon.

Ever since Thomas left this place has just gone all the way down. Fly’s in drinks. Undercooked chicken and always out of something. The people don’t care and it show in every way. Don’t waste ur money. Never busy but have an attitude about making stuff.
Clean restaurant and restrooms. Staff was extremely nice. I wish more restaurants had servers like this one.

So, last night my wife picked up an 8 piece chicken dinner. When we opened it up, it had 4 wings, 3 thighs, 1 breast, and NO legs. We've been patronizing this Hardees for over 25 years and Every single time we've ordered the dinners it's come with equal number of pieces....until now. When we called the manager, he said that they can only give us what's available at that moment which might be fine IF they let the customer know that before they purchase. When my wife conveyed that to the manager, he immediately got an attitude and hung up on her. We were furious and wanted to go right up to the store in person but chose to complain to corporate instead. This disrespect is unacceptable and therefore they lost a long time customer.
