Clean restaurant and restrooms. Staff was extremely nice. I wish more restaurants had servers like this one.

So, last night my wife picked up an 8 piece chicken dinner. When we opened it up, it had 4 wings, 3 thighs, 1 breast, and NO legs. We've been patronizing this Hardees for over 25 years and Every single time we've ordered the dinners it's come with equal number of pieces....until now. When we called the manager, he said that they can only give us what's available at that moment which might be fine IF they let the customer know that before they purchase. When my wife conveyed that to the manager, he immediately got an attitude and hung up on her. We were furious and wanted to go right up to the store in person but chose to complain to corporate instead. This disrespect is unacceptable and therefore they lost a long time customer.

I order a white meat chicken snack and it is burnt. I waited for a while so to the special order. What ever happen to the elderly man who was manager. He is s awesome tried calling and it went to fax machine.

I come here often, hit or miss in the food but I usually stop here cuz I'm starving.
>> Today I had mustard and ketchup soup on soggy bread with a side of beef patty.
I was very hungry so I wiped off the sauce, ate around parts of the bread that didn't mush apart. Patty was warm, big plus!
People who work there are pretty nice, so that's a W. 👍
I don’t know what exactly changed but I’m so glad it did. Those biscuits….chefs kiss!! They are the best, fluffiest, buttery goodness ever. Before the biscuits were basic and would be crumbled apart in the wrapper before I even opened it, but now…they are so good! I look forward to grabbing a biscuit from there every time I go that way. Very consistent on the weekdays, but could be improved on weekends. You can DEFINITELY tell it’s not the same person making the biscuits on weekends as during the week. Monday through Friday biscuit maker——you are AMAZING!!!!! Please stay because I need your biscuits to get through my mornings.

Can anyone make a decent chicken sandwich besides Chick-fil-A. The sandwich was ice-cold to start. I ordered the club, and nothing was on the sandwich. I gave the whole sandwich back. It was given back to me the same way. There was a past manager at this location who was great but obviously not there now.

Hatdee’s breakfast hits every time! Their tiny little hash rounds are perfect while driving & there’s nothing better than the Ultimate Omelette!!
