I've been to jersey mike several times in different locations...I ordered the gluten free sub & Kristan made for me...HANDS DOWN the best sub ive ever had other than my own! Im very picky & hard to please so this says alot! Thank you! Keep up the hard work!
PS...Please don't ever get rid of the gluten free option!

I’m passing through for work and decided to stop in at Jersey Mikes today for lunch. An app order mix up on my end prompted me to go back inside for an order change.
The staff was over the top accomadating, kind, helpful.
10/10 experience and the food was sublime.
Kudos to management and staff, i will go out of my way to grab lunch here again👏

Every time we visit this location on our way to the beach there is something wrong! Today was the icing on the cake! The 4 ladies at the counter were an absolute joke! Rude and obviously couldn’t follow written instructions for my to go order. PLUS I ordered my food ahead of time. I did the 15mins option even though I was 30mins out because again learned my lesson that it won’t be ready. I got there and had to wait another 10mins for them to get my order done! (There was only 2 other customers in there) I try to give the benefit of the doubt but no more for this location unfortunately!

Had to give it a 4 stars bc the last 3 or 4 time i have ordered subs one of the sub has been wrong. I do understand that there has been a lot of new people working there but if that is the case there should be someone double checking before there are leaving the store. So if you order online or in the app and you customize your sub i would double check it before leaving the store so you dont have to go back. Now I have never had a problem getting the sub remade.

The male manager allows a female employee to yell at customers and talk anyway she wants to customers then runs and hides in the back. In two separate incidents she made our subs wrong over like a 6 month period of time. When manager agrees the subs were wrong and offers to redo them, she verbally attacks and yells at the customers. Unprofessional and rude and the Manager Mike says he can't do anything about it. On a 3rd occasion maube 10 months ago my rewards didn't come up on the app so I asked why and she yelled at me that they have nothing to do with the rewards and it's a corporate problem!!. I asked for a number to call about it and she yelled at me again that it can't be fixed but the Manager said he could and attempted to. She continues to be rude, yelling and attacking customers. The girl seems unstable.

We always stop at this Jersey’s Mike on our annual vacation because they do a great job with making the gluten free sub for me. I know it takes extra time for them to wipe down everything and prep on a separate board and it does not go unnoticed. I really really appreciate them making it a safe place for me to eat. Thank you!!

I just left there, at first I thought the girl was going to be well a little...snippy. lol
She was actually very nice and helpful.
The guy in the back came out and helped me with Google pay.
And the other guy on the line was also very nice.
I don't go here much because it's pricey...but it was well worth it.

To start the manager was in the back blessing out an employee loud enough for the entire store to hear and disrupting the staff that were preparing the subs as they were more interested in what was being said in the back! The cashier walked away before my transaction was complete which was totally rude!!!!! VERY unprofessional on the managers part, second the staff up front should be paying attention to the customers and their orders! Terrible customer service but I blame the manager!

For the past 5 times i have gone their I have gotten my order wrong each time on almost anything I get, every time I go even if their not even busy it’s never the time it says. Even one time I went their and waited almost a whole 30 minutes just for them having my order to be hiddin behind the counter when I went their when it was supposed to be done.

Rude customer service. Not even busy. It’s not rocket science to make subs. They all need their attitudes to be checked. Snippy and snide and rushed.

It was my first time here a couple of weeks ago and the younger staff , the girl specifically, didn’t catch her name, was so rude and unwelcoming. My order wasn’t even right because i got so nervous and anxious from her attitude and rush for me to order when I didn’t understand everything she was asking me.

Placed my on line order, walked right in and saw my name on the bag, was in and out, didn't have to talk to anyone besides saying hello. I love that kind of service.

Customer Service and Common Sense isn’t something located here. First, the 2 older ladies that work there are cranky and are borderline rude, I witnessed this with even the other customers. If it’s not a cookie cutter order then beware.Next, I purchased (3) can drinks for $7.50 which far exceeds their large fountain drink of $3.59. All I asked for was a large cup of ice and they said I can get the water cup for free. That wouldn’t even hold one can and I bought the black cherry which they don’t have at the dispenser. I’m made clear I’m buying (3) cans and the lady said we will charge you $3.59 for the cup because it’s very expensive and we pay for logos and stuff lol. If I’m spending 7.50 on drinks you can’t do simple economics or customer service to provide me a large cup for ice with the drinks after spending $27.00. Not coming here again, plus the personalities need to stay at home.
