3:50 p.m. June the 16th 2025 I bought a classic pizza tastes like it's been sitting in the heeler box for 3 days it is the worst pizza I ever had I will never again
I had a lovely experience at this particular Lil Ceasars due to the manager that was on shift. I beautiful white woman whom I forgot the name of...but her service and smile was everything. Her energy was pure. Filled with love, the cooks looked like cooks were supposed to look. Ready to go haha 🤣 but all in all her energy lit the place up. Kudos!!!
I've ordered from here several times and used to enjoy it enough to keep coming back. However, the last three times have been disappointing. I specifically request pizzas with toppings on only half, and every time, they ignore it and cover the whole pizza. On top of that, the quality of their bone-in chicken has really gone downhill. I ordered buffalo wings yesterday—they tasted off, looked strange, and now I have a bad case of food poisoning. I'm confident it was the chicken, as I was the only one in my household who ate them and I'm the only one who got sick. I think I'll just stick to Domino's from now on.

The pizza was actually delicious. I was shocked. Toppings were great with plenty of cheese. Haven't had a little Caesars pizza for years due to poor product. Was in a hurry gave this new location a shot. Pleasantly surprised. Also the employees were great super customer service from the phone to pick up.
Make sure u check your hot and ready pizzas they may have past thier shelf life

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:13pm. "Tracking" says estimated delivery is 7:09. Called multiple times to cancel the order and no answer.
Never ever ever ordering from here again. 90% of the time the order is wrong anyway.

For the third time tonight, my pizza was wrong. I’m not sure why half cheese half pepperoni is difficult to make but it is. So disappointed in this location. No discounts offered. Just waited for my new pizza to be made. Once again.

A grown adult (pretty sure manager) yelling at a 12 year old for opening the door with their foot, while holding pizza, is pathetic. ?♀️ She was taking my order and stopped to yell over top of me. Gross.

Today on 3/18/24 I got off work and ordered 2 pizzas and a crazy bread for my fam, I ordered online 20 minutes earlier but still spent an hour from 5:18 to 6:20 waiting at this store for my pizza, and when I got home I realized that one of the pizzas was missing a topping I paid for, and the pizza was undercooked, had to throw it in the oven for a while. What really set me off though was when I tried to call customer service to talk to someone, they had an attitude from the start and ended up hanging up on me because they couldn’t hear me that well with my ear buds in, so they hung up while I was switching from the ear buds. Just over all an infuriating experience and I can’t believe a company could have such terrible customer service. It was me and a few other customers in there angry at the same time, they really should have done something other than say sorry for the wait when it was over 40 minutes past pickup time, I was very irritated. I only have a few hours in an evening after work to hang out with my family, and an hour was wasted standing in a LITTLE CAESARS.
