UPDATE - We have tried to stop by several times after work to give it another try. Their hours say they close at 8. Everytime we try they are closed by 720.Horrible, been there 3 times, they messed up simple ham and cheese, no tomato,no onions 3 times. NOTHING taste like battlefield location. So disappointed because I was looking so forward to it

It didn't take a long time for our food to come out, and they had some decent customer service. But the food wasn't notable by any means. The fries were undercooked and had no flavor whatsoever, and the BBQ sandwich we ordered, while it was recognizably BBQ, it was mediocre and underwhelming.

I’m a Moyock resident and enjoy their subs, cheeseburgers, and fries. I’ve never had a bad experience with the food or service. I use the drive up window exclusively and my order is always ready within the time estimated. I’m happy to support this local business vice the franchise sub shop down the highway.

Called about 25 minutes before closing last night, was told that they may not be able to take my order due to the delivery driver being out, which is understandable, it was 25 minutes before closing. The lady on the phone told us that if they could do the order, she would call us back. We get a call back a few minutes later and she takes our order. The food doesn’t get delivered until about 40 minutes later, we live not even 10 minutes away. Once the food is delivered, the delivery guy tells us that the onion rings are “extra crispy” due to a new guy in the grill but they had threw in some brownies to make up for it. Yeah… it didn’t. The food was dry and cold, well except for the onion rings. Which were piping hot, but not extra crispy. Burnt. To the point that they were completely inedible. I could barely break a piece off with my fingers. We do not blame the delivery driver, he was just delivering the food. We’re mad about the fact that the kitchen had even sent them knowing that they were burnt. I understand that they were closing in 20 minutes but they had called us back for our order, we would have ordered somewhere else if we knew half of our food would be cold and the other half would be inedible. They were closed by the time we received the order, so we could not call in and complain. So we called today to complain. The lady on the phone told us that she had to talk to her supervisor first, but they usually don’t issue refunds. She was supposed to call us back but we never received a call so we called back. We were told that they would not issue us our $40 refund, and would only give us a $20 credit. We don’t want the credit, we just want the refund for the unacceptable food we received. We don’t ever want to order from there again, which is a shame. We’ve never had problems with them before, it has always been a great experience. The lady who had taken the complaint was very professional and we understand that she does not make the rules so we are not complaining about her. However we are calling the supervisor tomorrow to try and resolve this situation.

Took 1 hr and 20 miutes to get order delivered.Cheese fries were disgusting. They were half cooked loaded with grease. Sub was cold bread was soaked.Food was not fit to eat. Third time ordering not good any time.

Delicious food and awesome customer service! We have ordered carry out on several occasions, and often as a last minute decision, and the food is always ready within the time quoted when we pull up to the drive-thru window. Recently, we had an issue with our order that we did not realize until we got home. I realize mistakes happen so I contacted the restaurant via their Facebook page and the General Manager responded almost immediately to correct the situation!

Lately I have been waiting long waits for food- today drove up to window to pick up food and pay waited 10 min with no one coming to window - had to back up on the wire for them to come to window- then when someone came behind me they made me go around and back in line so that they could help the person behind me even though they said it would be right out- then to top it off I asked for no lettuce because my stomach cannot digest lettuce and you guessed it- LETTUCE!! Do you know how messy it is to try to pick lettuce out of melted cheese and mayonnaise? It was not fun- not going back - going to great bridge!! Not happy!! Called to talk to manager and I was told I had to wait 5 min after waiting 5 min hence this rant!!

I like their subs alot and pizza is ok... but what I LOVE the most here are their Moyock and Philly style fries. They pile on bbq meat or steak depending which style fries u get...loads of cheese and omg they r delish!!!! A sinful snack for sure!!! No one else around has these so be sure to try them. Just fyi it can get busy during tourist season though

Although advertised on big billboards along the highway, the location stops serving espresso for no obvious reason at 11am. A seriously questionable business decision given that they are located at a gas station where people stop for coffee at any time.
I'm just done with the moyock location...worth the ride to great bridge.

Several times I have ordered from them and every single time one thing or another is incorrect. I am sorely disappointed in their service when asked to correct the issue. Also, one should not be able to order delivery if the driver isn’t available for another 3 HOURS!!! I have given them chance after chance and I am jut done. Eat there if you want but don’t expect it to be correct if you order online.
