We eat here every time we go to the OBX. It's great food at a very good price and the service is outstanding. They only thing we'd change is they didn't give us any ginger with our sushi.

While the price for AYCE is a good deal, the sushi was just ok. Miso soup was just ok. Water tasted like salt, so we had a pay $1 for a bottle (worth it). Server was friendly and service was fast, but I don’t think we will be returning.

Place is amazing, from Hibachi to the Sushi. I love going and it's hard to beat the all you can eat.
Food and staff were great.Just a little slow on starting to prepare our food. There's not as much of a show. As there used to be when they would flip shrimp. Or draw stuff with the eggs and would squirt alcohol into your mouth.. I do remember it being more of a show than just cooking the food.

Ordered online for pickup. They were out of Udon but still took the order. Called me to tell me they were out. Well, I was already charged. Spring rolls were soggy, soba noodles barely had steak in them and sushi looked suspect. Really disappointed.

Monday morning received notification from my bank that Sakura added a tip to my credit card, making the total to an extra $6 more.
Called management and they refuse to take proper action to remedy this situation. They expect me to wait for my money back and won’t even apologize when they stole money from me.
