I went with my wife around 3-4pm it was busy and the food was the freshest I’ve tasted in a while from a Wendy’s as my usual one is in Great Bridge which is always horrible so I’ve disliked Wendy’s but I got two fresh triple burger with fresh fries for the first time at a random Wendy’s

Some of the staff has trouble with English asked for spoon for chillies and frosty and was handed 2 straws I did not get a drink.

An hour and a half here, mostly because their air conditioning was working and I needed to take one more work meeting today before I could be done with my day. This was mostly clean, mostly quiet and very comfortable.
I grabbed a seat, placed my order on the Wendy's app, and got my laptop plugged in. A few minutes later, I was filling my sugar free lemonade and then biting into a Junior Cheeseburger Deluxe.
Some tables needed cleaning and the floor needed a sweep. As well, the men's room needed a mop. Otherwise, a good experience this afternoon.

it’s 10:56pm and they close at midnight. showed up to the drive thru, waited several minutes and no answer .. drove past and a manager with a headset who was basically hiding behind the machines and a dark wendys ?if you’re gonna pout that you have a job at least turn off the open for business signs!!! come on!!!!!! do better

Went through the drive thru today with kids and just as I was realizing that we were missing a large fry I look to my right and a sweet woman was running to our truck on the main road with the fries in her hands. I legit started to tear up at how thoughtful and dedicated she was. That was a first and way above and beyond. Thank you!

Worst location ever. They always screw up the orders. The staff looks confused and surprised about the order that was placed 10 - 15 prior to arriving, wait an additional 10-15 in the parking lot just to have them miss half the order. Got to this location at you own risk.

We have used this location a few times as it is close to us. The food was hot and ready fast. We used the mobile app to order. My only complaint is that for some reason, our cheeseburgers tasted and looked like someone emptied a butt load of salt and pepper on them, and even though we wiped it of the taste was still there. It was so thick it looked like a paste. I ordered my fries with no salt, but all of our fries came with lots of salt. I can't have the extra added salt for health reasons. I ended up not being able to eat dinner. I would have taken it back, but we were headed out of town, so we grabbed it as we hit the road. Yes, I know fast food has salt and just about all food does, but it is the added salt that gets me. I don't eat fast food much!

As I was eating my biscuit, I found a fuzzy hair popping out that looked like from a sweater or dog. I figured it was from my jacket but as soon as my Mother found a fuzzy hair in her biscuit too, I opened my bun and those hairs were layered on top of the meat. Usually we had no problems until today. I will not be returning. Look at the pictures closely.
Stars go to the employees, though honestly it's gross that some of them have long fake nails (against food service codes, but they probably don't know that if the manager doesn't tell em).
The food has gotten really pricey and it's just so bad.
They can't help the food/recipes at all the Wendys, but they're also a bit stingy with the onions and dressings.
the chicken ranch wrap has that gross, soft chemically marinated chicken. And it's almost 7 bucks just for the wrap!
