My main complaint with this McDonalds is they want you to use the kiosk (2) and over half of the time they don't have paper in them and there most likely is NOBODY at the counter register to wait on you, or even take the kiosk receipt to pay with cash. They need to always keep one employee at the counter register to help senior citizens place their orders or even take cash orders from a kiosk order placement. Dont really do reviews but for the sake of the people who really work there, please change your management. They honestly are just to old to care as much as the younger generation and not handling their tasks as well. Honestly other than management slowing down others they do a wonderful job!
I don’t often leave a good review - especially for a McDonald’s but this location is by far the best one I have ever been to. I have only been to this one a handful of times but the food is always done correctly and extremely fresh and the staff is super friendly and bubbly. Keep it up, guys! Cooperate needs to study this one and incorporate their style & system every where else!
