I have experienced poor customer service repeatedly at this location, typically with the same employee. I made a complaint to the owner. She was not apologetic. She was basically complicit with the service I received from her staff. They don’t honor coupons or specials advertised by Subway and they are frequently out of ingredients. every time I say, I’m never going back there again. I end up back there just to be disappointed once again.
This is the worst subway ever. BEWARE the assistant manager is horrible. She denied my friend a refund and continued to be rude , pushing my friend to the point of frustration and then calling her boss to get her banned from the store. I was on the phone the whole time and I would have went off myself if I was treated this way . We are going to fight this until that lady gets fired because no one should be treated that way over THEIR money!
Would love to give this subway negative stars! Rude workers, will mess your food up and then put their bare hands in it to attempt to show you its correct and expect you to eat the sandwich afterwards. No corrections, no refunds. The owner is just as rude and nasty. Corporate shouldn't even allow this subway to be open with the way they conduct business!!!

This store would not scan my coupon tonight. The coupon does not expire until Feb 8, 2024 so it was good. When asked I was told it was because there are coupons out there that doesn’t expire until tonight and the system would not take the February coupon. Make this make sense to me.

Female employee turned away a customer at 8:20pm, while putting chairs on top of tables. Google states that this location doesn't close until 9pm.

I placed an online order, and when I picked it up, I was given a bag with the handles broken, which made it hard to carry and none of the sandwiches were labeled. I was also missing one of my sandwiches should have checked the order, but without them being labeled, it was hard to know what I had did or did not have.

The friendly service and a really good sub...
Toaster Oven has been broken over a month. Staff say they get no support and they don't receive tips left at checkout so why should they work hard. Most items are not available over an hour before closing. This location needs supervision and help. Extremely unprofessional.
