This store would not scan my coupon tonight. The coupon does not expire until Feb 8, 2024 so it was good. When asked I was told it was because there are coupons out there that doesn’t expire until tonight and the system would not take the February coupon. Make this make sense to me.

I placed an online order, and when I picked it up, I was given a bag with the handles broken, which made it hard to carry and none of the sandwiches were labeled. I was also missing one of my sandwiches should have checked the order, but without them being labeled, it was hard to know what I had did or did not have.
Toaster Oven has been broken over a month. Staff say they get no support and they don't receive tips left at checkout so why should they work hard. Most items are not available over an hour before closing. This location needs supervision and help. Extremely unprofessional.

My Family and I went to Subway last night for dinner @7pm. after waiting for some to acknowledge we were there. 15 minutes later they ask what we wanted. and then tell us this is all they have was some flat bread and one loaf.. We wanted meatball subs and for a family of 5 one loaf was not gonna do it. With them closing at 10pm. I would have thought there would be more loafs for other customers. Either way they lost our business, We went to Napoli's instead.

Very clean, friendly and helpful customer service. Didn't have my choice of bread ?. A lot of new menu selections but prices have gone up ⬆️ . Purchases do earn rewards points for $ off future items but they come with an expiration date.
