I walked two weeks ago and applied and ever since everyday I've called and let the phone ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring ring..... I'm trying to apply for work and no one answers their phone nor responds saying anything about my application. And if I'm not going to receive the job I'm not wasting my gas if the hiring Manager don't want to waste their time for 10minute to communicate to the people applying for this job. And from the looks of it this location is in need of someone to welcome people and not burn your costumers food. So please and thanks this is the email I applied for this job so get this location to reach out to me so I know where you stand on my application.

Ordered an impossible whopper & they burned it to a crisp. It was inedible. Not the way I wanted it.
I' came to this burger king Thursday around 3:30. The service was horrible. I had to tell them my order 3 times. I ordered two number 4's witch is the bacon king. The bacon king had two slime slices of bacon and my french fries taste old and and were cold not hot and fresh at all. Thay gave us to small drinks and said that's what came with our order. Thay didn't ask what size drank we wanted or nothing. Burger King in rocky is very good. But this one in nashville was unprofessional. They need to fire everyone even the manager and hire new workers and a better manager or close it down. I will never get food from there ever again and I payed $26 and some change witch wont worth it. Go to rockymount burger king cause I will drive from nashville to rockymount to get good food from burger king. Burger King in rockymount is the place to go.

We stop here occasionally and today I placed an order for two items and waited 20 minutes before heading inside for a refund. Several cars came, placed their orders and received their food while I was waiting. I was asked if I wanted something free for my wait, I'd of preferred not having to wait such a time for a wrap and fries.
The people at this burger king location obviously do not know the difference between a big king and a regular cheeseburger. This has happened to me at least 3 or 4 times. On top of that when I call to talk with someone about it, no one answers the phone. This location is the absolute worst.

5/2/23..My impossible burger good again today and customer service was on point.My impossible combo meal was wonderful for lunch today. The staff was really friendly but they did have a lot of customers in the Drive-Thru but they did great.Vegetarian options: With the addition to of the impossible Whopper it's a game changer. Thank you for listening to our comments in the past. The burger plant-based has that great charcoal grill flavor . Thank you for adding that to your menu and keeping it there.
