Half the time you may get a correct order. I don’t want cheese & mustard on my burger and they put cheese & mustard. Even checking with them 3 times at the drive-thru doesn’t help, because they show they don’t care. Speaker system sucks. They talk too fast and take the order too fast. Maybe if they slow down a bit, they’ll get our orders right.

I just visited the Cookout on Reynolda Road, Winston Salem, NC My order was received fresh and quick. I open my box to discover I did not have seasoning on my fries so I asked the young lady (African American with dreads) could I get some seasoning salt (she rolled her eye) she asked for my tray back but I asked could you put it in the packet. She then went to the back to fix the seasoning salt and again when she hand it back rolled her eyes before I could say Thank you she mumbled something and walked away. This customer service is not acceptable and to have an attitude at 11 am in the morning then she should not be working.

your fry cook melted the top of my container but I didn't realize until I got home so then I had styrofoam all over my food. tell me you don't want your job without telling me you don't want your job up until this point I enjoyed cookout this is the location in Myrtle Beach by the way I used to be a manager at restaurants a Manny's restaurant for 20 years I would be horrified if an order of mine went out like that I'll send you a picture of the container back you don't have that option

Great food and the staff are always friendly. The milkshakes are phenomenal.
Small burger with a hint of grilled flavor and sides almost non existent, definitely a once and done deal while traveling..won't make the same mistake twice especially with bad customer service

The burger was thinner than a blade of grass & smaller than the bun it sat on. The half pound of whole onion was both 2xs thicker and wider than the burger itself. I gave it a 2 and not a 1 just bc the ranch chicken wrap was OK and the fries saved it.

The food here has always been good when I go there but tonight I ordered a burger tray with double fries and I found a bread tie in my burger and I’m not eating that because what else is in my burger that’s not suppose to be there????? TERRIBLE
Oh my gosh! Best fast food I've had. So so good! Amazing food, amazing prices. Please come to Missouri. Only complaint is no seating and wanted more cheese bites! Maybe a couple picnic tables...? Or next time, I'll bring my own chair. 😆

Horrible! When ordering at the Tifton location, the young gal working the counter taking orders was HORRIBLE!! She used the F word towards us on about 6 occasions and no other employee said a word. She’s full of total disrespect, and extremely hateful! She should terminated or required to take some hospitality training!! You young lady SUCK!!

Store needs to update Sunday hours on Google if they don’t open up until 10:30. Was told I had to wait 5 minutes to order because they were not open so I left to take my business elsewhere.
