Employees should not sit in booths wheen dine in customers come in. Only 1 booth open and employee sitting there. I ask my wife and myself could sit there she said sure. She continued to sit with us till her break was over

I have been coming to this establishment since it has been in Nashville. Tonight was the worse experience. My oeder was not correct, handed the pizza to the first employee. She passes it to 3 other employees for them to look at, after asking for the receipt. Let me remind you the customer service is a 0 here Tonight. Then after further consideration I guess with the manager she decides to remake it gladly with her attitude. Never coming back to this Domino's again.

My husband ordered online and we were told that it would be 12 minutes. We waited and then were told that they dropped two of our pizzas on the floor. So in total time, we waited 30 minutes.

Drive thru pick up disappointing. Waited behind a car for 8 minutes, they finally left without a pizza. At the window I gave my name, they couldn't find the pizza. Showed the text that I ordered 20 minutes ago. Several minutes passed and they finally found my pizza. This was at 5:15 on a Friday, not the busiest time for pizza. On a plus the sanitation grade was 97%.

Terrible place, I don't think I'll ever go back. I went into the store to place an order. The cashier told me they weren't taking orders, so what's her damn job? This is the second time I've been to this place and the same person with her bad attitude said the same thing. We're not taking orders. 2 times, the same coincidence. I don't think so Don't go to this place if you don't want to have an embarrassing moment.
Always get our orders correct. The pizzas are delicious and made quickly.

Had dinner here today, and the food was ok. Usually I’ll get the pepperoni or whatever is on special. This time got it and it was just too hard on the outer edges. Still love y’all but I’ll watch for this from now out.

It's Dominos so the pizza is what it is, but I'll come back simply because of the staff. Excellent customer service. My order was fresh and hot, and the employee that helped me was extremely nice and thanked me for my business. The restaurant was clean, everyone was nice, and the product was hot and fresh. Can't ask for more than that.
