The Nashville nc loc really needs more staff...when you walk into this store all all three employees are too busy to take your order, that IS NOT good customer service...being told "we are short" is not acceptable:-(

I tried to place an order for pizza and unfortunately I have cash and not a bank card and because my order was $33 I was told that they couldn’t place the order because I couldn’t pay for it over the phone with a bank card. find a better pizza place. Don’t bother with Domino’s.

WORST PLACE TO ORDER PIZZA EVER!! If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is the 3rd time they have messed up our order. I ordered 2 New York style pizzas. One with pepperoni and mushrooms and the other with chicken and spinach. The pizzas were nothing but crust! Had no mushrooms and it was DROWNED in sauce. Called several times. The first time the lady hung up on me. 2nd and 3rd time, they ignored my call. Finally the 4th time I called and asked for a refund the lady put me on hold and LEFT me on hold for 15 minutes before I got tired of it and hung up. Oh, and not to mention she told me I can't get a refund they can either remake it or give me store credit.. Highly disappointed and will not be returning. If you are in the Nashville area you are better off going to Pizza Hut or Little Ceasars.

Worst pizza I ever had!!! Ordered a Parmesan sauce with chicken and spinach. No spinach on it and only 3 pieces of chicken!!! Will never order anything from them again!!!

Called in an order, spoke with Mary Beth she took my order. She was friendly, professional and even did suggestive selling. I up sized to a large instead of medium.Its hard to get good customer service now a days. She gave GREAT customer service and the pizza was just right!!!!!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
