THIS WAS’NT EVEN PIZZA! THE CRUST IS SO THIN YOU COULD HARDLY PICK IT UP. THERE WAS A TRACE OF SAUCE AND CHEESE ON IT. IT WAS NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION!! THE CARDBOARD BOX WOULD HAVE TASTED BETTER! IT WENT RIGHT IN THE GARBAGE! WHO MAKES GOOD ITALIAN NY PIZZA AROUND HERE????

I always have the worst experience with this location. I order from this store because it’s the closet to my house. My orders are always wrong even when I order a specialty pizza exactly how it comes it’s still made wrong. I have such bad experiences with delivery, it takes nearly two hours at times to receive my order when I stay no more than 10 minutes away. I always get an email that my pizza has been delivered but doesn’t show up at my door for nearly 45 minutes later. Even the drive thru is terrible and the wait is extremely long. The pizza is always cold and looks old. When I call with an issue/complaint about my order the supervisor is always nasty, rude and short with me and her response is always well what do you want me to do. The customer service is just the absolute worst.

I order frequently and haven’t had issues till today, placed order and app status was ready for pick up but sat in parking lot because I was told to wait! 30 minutes later pizza was ready, Burnt and Cold! Plus said not 1/2 price!

The crew is understaffed and underpaid. Every pizza I’ve ordered the last 2 months either delivery or take out has been twice the time shown on the tracker. Just can’t do it anymore.

Called the Nashville, NC store to order a pizza before I realized my phone was connected to a Bluetooth headset in another room. I called the store again to place my order. The male answering the immediately shouted "Don't call this number unless you are ordering " and then hung up the phone. I placed my order with another restaurant. I understand when you serve the public you are subjected to all sorts of rude behavior. The fact that I was not given the chance to explain what had happened was inexcusable. This is terrible customer service and I had ordered many times from this store previously. For reference, I had placed the calls to the store on 9/30/23 at 11:00am.

The order was wrong. Paid extra for ham on the pizza and didn’t get it. Also specified that I wanted parm cheese packets on the side and did not get it. Places the order at 5:09 and had to wait in line extra time so wasn’t able to get it until 6:09. Not a great experience!

Tamara makes a good pizza. Lamont, the delivery driver is the nicest guy. Wish he did it every time. Please give this man a raise!
