What a great place! Had pulled pork sandwich, fish sandwich, Brunswick stew, banana pudding; all absolutely delicious! Very friendly folks, food fast and hot. Some of the best Brunswick stew ever! Got pulled pork to go, but it was just the pulled pork, no slaw or sauce and not great. I’ll take it home and slaw and sauce it. Will absolutely return!!

im not going to unfairly rate it but I was unable to eat due to hours for July 4th vacation not being properly listed on google maps. CLOSED UNTIL THE 9TH OF JULY 2025

Very reasonable, plenty of food, quick...food is okay. Husband had the fried chicken a little bit dry. Loved the cabbage and green beans...kind of remote location, very quaint inside...think they do a lot of take out...as they have a pick up side.

Long ways from what it used to be, Ordered a two way combination, it had 1 pc fish , 6 oysters ,& 4 or 5 shrimp. Food did not have much taste. I get better at the local greasy spoon. Don't plan on spending my money there unless things change

This is the restaurant that I will be going to from here on out. The staff was excellent. Hospitality and the food is Awesome 👌. Prices are great. I stongly recommend the public to eat at this restaurant. Thank yall to the owner and staff. Touchdown.

Was our first trip to the restaurant. Food and customer service was on point. Drove past all the eating places in Raleigh to try it back on the way home, Bertie county. Small, hidden places are usually the best. Yaw go to Nashville NC try it out, i especially loved the fried chicken. Tasted almost like my late Grannys. My husband had eaten at the one in Manteo ( now closed) before. Was yummy...go try it yaw

Overcharged me, for items that I didn't get, trying to call. I guess I got go back down there. Shorty said couldn't reversed the charged because the person was at lunch. I didn't believe that, left my name and phone number, no one called me.
