Slowest service ever and never knows the order after telling them 3+ times

I tried to place a simple order for a shot of espresso with ice, and then after having to repeat myself multiple times, a medium latte was rang up. Don’t waste your time here.

The people are nice enough. One manager in particular is excellent.
But this location is by far and away the longest wait you will ever have at a Dunkin. We have waited 30 to 40 minutes before for a few donuts.

How is a coffee place out of sugar/sweetener COMPLETELY? Better management obviously needed… Whenever I visit this Dunkin’ location they are ALWAYS out of something. Would have given 1 star, but the constant pleasant demeanor of the workers was a saving grace.

They should just shut down at this point. Live in Nashville and usually have to drive to 301 Dunkin. The one in Nashville does not function. Always at least a 20-30 minute drive thru experience, even if it’s just you in the line. Now they are out of Caramel, French vanilla, mocha, etc. Also, employees don’t seem to give a crap either.

Every time I try to come here I get let down with how slow the service is. It takes over 15 min to get through the line most of the time, and lot of times they get the order wrong. The other day, I ordered, pulled up to the window, and no one came out to even take my payment! I was the only person in line and I waited at the window after I ordered only to be late for work and not getting any food.

Not only when I was in the drive thru did they ask me three times what my order was then switching over to the other lane finishing their order me having to keep telling them I’m still here the same person trying to order but the got my donuts wrong. Realizing this I had to get my 2 toddlers out of the car since the line was still so busy and go inside to correct it. As it was corrected I then ordered 2 more donuts they put what I thought were the correct donuts in the bag but when I arrived home ONE of those donuts was NOT correct at all! And they were suppose to be the SAME donuts! I’m highly dissatisfied with my experience here!

This morning, I placed a mobile order at 7:51 for the Dunkin' in Nashville. I arrived at the drive-through before 8:03 and waited in line. At the speaker, I was asked for my name, which I provided, and was told to pull up to the second window.

When I reached the window, the employee asked if I had a mobile order, and I confirmed. He then closed the window without saying anything further. After waiting five minutes, he returned and told me they didn’t have a ticket for my order. Despite the money being taken out of my account for the order, they claimed they couldn’t find it and did not refund me.

This experience was frustrating on multiple levels. First, the employee could have clarified at the speaker if there was an issue with my order instead of having me wait unnecessarily. Second, the lack of communication and organization was appalling. Customer service is about providing a seamless, respectful, and efficient experience, but this location fell short on all counts.

I would like my money refunded and to be compensated for this experience. The service was slow, disorganized, and unprofessional. I will never return to this location, and I would not recommend it to anyone. This was a horrible experience, and the lack of basic customer service standards is unacceptable.

Everything I order they are out of. May as well take down the menu and just serve black coffee nothing extra .
They also need to find kindness and personality. Seems like they go through a lot of workers. For the person that places there orders for the buisness to continue to stay open they need training on when you run out or something place the order it can’t be hard!

Customer service is hit or miss depending on who’s working, what time of day, and business of the store. They are always slow in drive thru and inside. You can definitely tell the employees would rather be elsewhere and don’t like their job. Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru once for a small pumpkin spice latte. do better

i typically have very good experiences at this dunkin but the past 3 times they have made my drink AWFUL. I understood the first time, mistakes happen. The 2nd time i said something because if something is wrong they may not realize they’re making a mistake. They remade my drink and the boy tried putting espresso and all other sorts of items into my iced chai before one of his coworkers corrected him. He remade my drink how his coworker told him and it still tasted god awful. I also paid extra for add one and didn’t even get those. I have been getting chai at least 3 times a week from dunkin for over a year now so i know it’s not a mistake on my end and when i told them it was not made correctly they gave me attitude.
