Hot chocolate wasn't even room temp. When I asked about it she left for about 30 seconds (I'm sure to put it in the microwave) and it a little warmer. I know they didn't remake it bc the whipped cream was still on it and it takes longer than that to steam the milk. Employees were friendly but quality is awful

Anna how do you say that

My boyfriend got a “latte” for me that looked and tasted like pure milk! I emailed corporate and they ignored me ..so I’m just not going to this location ever again. The customer service is lacking and it takes forever to get your coffee !!

I just want to give a shoutout to the crew on 11/22 around 9 am. We stopped there on the way to VA & the drive thru was backed up so I went inside. Clearly they were so busy but the level of professionalism from this young group was impressive. They were ALL working so hard to get through their rush. Great job!!!!

If there was an award for being the worst Dunkin' then this wins hands down. Waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and not move one car? What the hell are y’all doing in there? It’s just coffee people! There is absolutely no direction or leadership in this place. People just walking around aimlessly not knowing what the hell they are supposed to be doing next. Is there even a manager in this place???? If so, then what in the absolute hell are you doing???? Y’all, don’t even go here. Save yourself some time and drive to Rocky Mount. I guarantee you can get your coffee and probably even do some shopping in Rocky Mount and come back to Nashville before they ever think about your order.

I visited today with my two grandkids. I failed to get the names of the two employees but they were just the nicest people. It was two young ladies. They were so sweet to the kids. So friendly to me. Their attitudes brightened my day.

I would rather get coffee from a DD in a nasty gas station than go to this coffee shop! The owner needs to lose his franchise! No help! You can't get coffee in drive thru or the store it's so slow! What kind of coffee shop runs out of cream? This one!

Worst experience i think I have ever had at this location. Walked in to grab a quick coffee, just to be completely ignored by the staff on duty. Wasn't even acknowledged standing right in front of the register. Finally left empty handed. Poor way to conduct business.

Staff is always friendly. I've never had to wait long for my order.

This store needs to be shut down until they can get their staffing problems under control. Management is the ultimate problem in this case and should be changed. Consistent poor service, rudeness, drive though outages, and product outages / shortages should not be tolerated for such an extended period of time as seen in this outlier case of poor management.

There is honestly no point in even leaving a review for this Dunkin seeing as the hiring manager must have as little or less competence as the workers they hire. You’d think after the multitude of one star reviews left for this location there would be a change in customer service….well you’re wrong. The teenage guys who work here always have airpods in, talk like they have rocks in their mouths, have nasty attitudes, all on top of 30 minute wait times with barely any service in the store or drive thru. On Mother’s day this location gave me expired butter instead of cream cheese on the bagel i ordered. Dunkin in Nashville NC is the prime example of why minimum wage can not and will not ever be raised. If you’ve been on the hunt for jobs with no luck, fear not- Dunkin in Nashville will hire you with no experience, education, and certainly not any customer service. I believe i speak for most of area when I say this location should’ve never been opened.

S-L-O-W service. Always out of something on my orders. And when you order outside they never get it on the first or second repeat! And then they have an attitude like it's my fault! Very aggravating, the drive here is not short. I should learn my lesson...... !!

I don't usually leave reviews but I'm making an exception for this location because it's so consistently bad. Staff is rude and treat you like you being there has genuinely ruined their entire day. Even if you're the only car in the line or parking lot be prepared to wait 10-15 minutes for a coffee that is almost always the wrong drink or tastes terrible. Do yourself a favor and drive another 10 minutes to the Dunkin in Rocky Mount... or literally go anywhere else.

I frequent DD in the area a lot. I will never go back to this DD. There is a young guy that works there which is totally rude on every visit made to this location. No smile. No greeting. When he does speak he talks so low you have to ask him again what he said. He smarted off yesterday at me which I replied “Sug, I know you know how to do your job. I was concerned that I was not paying you the proper amount you were owed. No Thank you. No come again. Then he made my 2 frozen drinks and left huge chucks of ice in it with little coffee flavor. Did I turn around to get them to correct it? No. Was no point. Just won’t go there again.
