The service was absolutely exceptional! Honestly, I have never had such good service at a Hardee’s ever! Renalda was so so amazing 🥹 she seriously MADE the ENTIRE atmosphere and visit the BEST! Renalda is BEYOND a wonderful employee and I PRAY SHE GETS THE RECOGNITION SHE DESERVES! Hardee’s DOES NOT WANT TO LOOSE HER! Everyone else was super nice and working diligently.

Sat at the window after I paid waiting three minutes only to be given cold fries so I came back and asked them to actually fill up the fry container and make sure they were hot please- Hardees all over Rocky Mount, North Carolina and Nashville are notorious for giving out cold fries

1. They forgot drink in a combo order picked up by another person. 2. The grilled cheese bacon burger was missing the Swiss cheese and the mayo. 3. We are 10 minutes from the restaurant and the order was picked up less than 10 minutes after ordering. All items were cold.4. I called the .manager and she said she could not do anything about it but upgrade a meal to a large on another order. So the food and the customer service both sucked.

Terrible. Not up to standard fast food experiences. Dirty bathroom, food poorly prepared, unkempt dining room, a dirty mop head on the order counter... I will avoid this place forever.

They closed the dining area 10 minutes early and locked the doors. The young lady at the drive through did not greet us with a welcoming voice. She also cut us short when we were not finished ordering. She also made us pull up to the door when there was no other vehicles in the drive-through.
