Sorry why because anytime u go there and ask for your food to be hot they give bread that broke up and u get no cheese look at u with a face like they don’t want to be bothered well if u had hear me them my order would be right they need more

My bacon cheeseburger was cold, overcooked and bland. My french fries were cold and soggy. The coke was flat. I've never had such a terrible meal from Hardee's. This was just plain awful.

Please owner of this Hardee’s you need to do something to get this store up to par,was there yesterday fries were cold cheeseburger was not good chicken tenders were not good no sauce in the bag if you want to make money at this location you have to make a change.

I get fast food twice a week, hardy might not be the best price per calorie, or have good fries, but the burgers are some of the best in the fast food game. This location is no different. However, that is all I can recommend as the rest of the menu isn't worth the money. Typical fast food atmosphere and service, I've never er been here when busy. But they still ask you to pull to the front to pick up the food after going through the drive-through.

The Fries were Cold, The Hot Ham & Cheese was scarce with the Ham!
Service was pleasant. The food was prepared fresh and hot. The manager came out and checked to see that everything was ok.

Too bad I couldn’t leave 0 stars. I went inside with only 4 people in front of me. I watched the one person working the register constantly walk away to fix drive through orders. I’m guessing their drive trough “times” are more important than actual customers. I waited 30 minutes while she probably fixed atleast 20 drive through orders. Hardee’s business model is not customer centric. I have noticed this before when going to Hardee’s but it has progressively gotten worse. When I get ready to order I was told they were out of biscuits(because they all are prepared for the drive through). I recommend if you plan to eat in go to Bojangles or anywhere else because hardees does not value that customer. Sad long time Hardee’s customer ?
