Went to get three wing meal. Informed that they inky has two extra crispy wings and one drumstick. A mixed meal I less expensive than all white but I was denied a discount. Received the chicken and it was hard as brick. Disgusting. I will never visit Thai KFC again!! Don’t waste your time go across the street to Bojangles.

My first visit to KFC Nashville and will not be back service was awful and drinks from the fountain were not mixed correctly and tasted awful

I love the biscuits at this restaurant. Tonight though they were absolutely terrible. Had an awful taste and were half baked. I can't get the taste out of my mouth!
Very poor experience, they don't seem to be interested in waiting on potential customers.

Would give zero even negative if I could. Only 3 people working then after standing in line at the register for 20 minutes the lady comes over and says we have am hour wait because of online orders and drive thru, but you can order online.... wait what???? REALLY???
Oily fries wasn't even edible and old dried up chicken.

It's hard to take advantage of online promotional offers when this location rarely accepts online or mobile orders. We don't eat here near as often as we'd like because we can't order ahead for convenience, use points accumulated or promotional offers.

Ordered in drive thru at 5:02pm on Sunday 8/25/24. Was told at the speaker it would be 20 min for extra crispy chicken, ok that’s fine. Get to the Window to pay and was told it would be 15 min for biscuits, okkkkayy that’s fine. We pay and is told to pull forward and park. Well 30 min goes by and still nothing. I walk in about 5:40pm and I am now being told there is 10 min left for chicken. I was given a free large drink and a free cake. Finally get our food and get home to eat and the chicken has no flavor and isn’t even golden brown like it’s supposed to be. Tasted like no seasonings at all was put on the chicken… Very disappointed. But that was the slowessstt service I have ever gotten this KFC location. We were tired because we had just left the emergency room with our 9year old from getting hurt. It shouldn’t have taken an 1hr to get chicken, biscuits and mashed potatoes. Need to get better!

I went to kfc and order 8 piece chicken extra crispy and when I got home, there was no thighs and no one told me at the KFC that they was out of thighs. This KFC sucks.

Walked in at 5:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve. I ordered at 5:33. I found out 15 minutes later that they close at 6 pm. Also, they had just dropped my chicken in the deep fryer, so it would be five more minutes. I ordered to dine in. This they knew. It's on my receipt next to 5:33 pm. They're all already breaking down and cleaning like they decided they were not cooking after 5:30. Half of them on their phones checking their Christmas plans. They had Christmas Parties to go to at 6. They gave me my Big Box at 5:59 pm in a to-go bag. I said no. Get the manager. Give me my money back. I go to Waffle House.
