My cheeseburger was cold. They gave me the wrong drink. Then again the wrong one when I got a refill. I waited at least 5 min for a refill as I am looking and all the employees playing around in the back while a few of them look right at me and donât say anything. The restaurant was freezing cold and the bathroom was a complete wreck.

This McDonald's is the opposite of fast food. We waited 20 minutes to get our order. The food was bagged up and cold. We had ordered the food to eat in. We were about to ask about it when the young lady working brought it over. We most likely will not come back. While McDonald's is not gourmet food, there are better locations about the same distance from my location.

Worst service ever... Went inside for a half gallon of tea. Placed my order and watched as 10 or so people who placed their orders after mine, get their food and leave. I asked the cashier and she asked the manager who yelled I need a half gallon of tea. Finally 15 minutes after I ordered... they brought out the tea. The jug was 3/4 of the way full.

Well unfortunately me and my husband had to share a 6 dollar bag due to the young lady not adding his fish meal but adding just a 2 dollar sweet tea instead. I actually haven't been to that location in a while for this very reason đ¤Śđžââď¸

Absolute worst experience weâve ever had at a McDonaldâs. We pull up to the drive through at 9:15pm after having played 2 indoor soccer games. A women comes across the speaker laughing and says âwe ainât taking no more ordersâ and then begins laughing again in the background with the speaker still on. I said âcan I ask why if your still open and the same girl who I guess doesnât realize the speaker is still on says âI know he ainât trying to argue with meâ, and they start laughing at us again. So we begin to pull away and there is about 5-6 people looking at us laughing as we pull away. I work in customer service and all I will say is customer service is lacking here.
We stopped here on our way to the Outer Banks. This is probably the best service I have ever had at a McDonalds. We didnât get the name of the staff that helped us, but the service was incredible.
