This location never updates the mobile app menu to let customers know when an item is unavailable. I've had several mobile orders in which I've wasted money because one or more items were unavailable, and it's too much of a hassle to regularly try and get any sort of refund.
Wouldn't recommend coming here if you intend on placing a mobile order.
Stop in on the way home before the rain. I like how it's streamlined the service, Bringing the orders to the table. Like that new double fish fillet.
The girl that took my order looked like she could care less about living life. There were flies all over the place, and the server did not even bring our drinks when we got our order. The hand dryer in the bathroom sounded like someone was making a milkshake with the loud noise you always hear them make. The seats and tables were not cleaned well. Me and my son had to go outside to get away from all the flies in order to eat in peace. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go anywhere else in Nashville, trust me.
Service was horrible. Waited for over 30 minutes for 1 small order with no one else inside and only a couple people behind me in the car line. workers were inside taking their merry time and above all the got our order incredibly wrong.
The best McDonald's I've been to fast friendly service and food and drinks were on point. I will definitely come back here again

If you have the opportunity, stop here, go straight ahead. Terrible service, dirty bathrooms, no soap, full of flies, dirty floors, etc. Don't waste your money.
Food was well prepared, but they need to work on customer service and execute their drive thru accordingly
We ordered lunch today. 1st our ff were cold 🥶, 2nd all our burgers were wrong, and cold. I asked for ketchup the lady acted like I asked for something crazy. It was just a over al bad experience.

For a big order, I was truly impressed nothing was missing, except one biscuit only had one small piece of bacon on it. Kinda felt ripped off bc we omitted the egg. Felt like a cheese biscuit. All the other breakfast sandwiches were fresh and well received.
My order took more than 1/2 hour to get for eat in. The staff had an attitude by my asking for the rest of my order. The order was incomplete. The bathroom was disgusting with blood let in toilet. Don't go here I've tried here numerous times but I'm definitely not going back.
Went thru drive thru and ordered a big Mac meal. Absolutely no big Mac cause on this burger. Burger was cold and cheese not melted. I normally don't do these reviews but decided to today as this isn't the first time this happen at this McDs. They people are not friendly either
This was our first visit to this McDonald's. We were on the way home and needed some quick chow so we chose Mickey D's. Bad choice. We used the drive-through. There were three of us. There were three errors on our order. What should have been a quick stop became a long stop. Staff was friendly and helpful regarding the errors. Overall, a bad trip.
Mobile App failed totally!!! I placed an order for curbside pickup. I arrived and tried to indicate my parking spot. The app was frozen with an image of jumping french fries .
After 5 minutes I spoke to the staff. The response was simply that they were not responsible.
Over the next 40+ minutes...at their insistence, I closed and reopened the McDonald's App, rebooted my phone, shut down my phone, changed to their wifi then was told to leave their wifi because it might be the problem.
I pulled up my American Express account and showed them that I had been charged and should receive my order or a cash refund.
Still, they could not find any order from me on their system and suggested that I reorder and later contact AMX to get a refund.
The staff made a phone call where suggestions were made similar to what had previously failed. I learned that this was not the first app related problem, and it occurs regularly (no indication that fixes have been attempted).
Eventually, someone decided that after almost an hour of my discussing the failure of the interaction between McDonald's and their App with every customer who entered the restaurant... to give me my order.
The App is not controlled by either the local restaurant nor McDonald's Corporate. It is run by a third party, and local management is helpless when problems occur.
I give the staff a 4 out of 5 for caring and trying. The mobile app and its relationship to the restaurant and customer gets negative 5.
