Waited on our food from 2:22 - 2:50. It was COLD!!I went in to ask for my money back, but was given the food. Wish I had not stopped there at all!!They need a responsible older person that knows how to run a business!! Ridiculous!!

This place have totally went down hill no professionalism/ no common courtesy /if you ask about something wrong with your food the guy gets an attitude like he wants to fight . Most of the time your missing some of your order. I thought you have to be trained in a restaurant . This place definitely needs to be reconstructed

It’s 11:20pm April 2,2024 and the service is horrible they were too busy flirting with each other rather than giving me my food then I ordered a whole meal and only got my burger and drink the girl in red hair ponytail was flirting with looked like a manager in a green shirt with little hair she was very ghetto and loud. I wouldn’t recommend if ur looking for fast food

Disappointing experience at this McDonald's location. The small fries were overpriced at $3.29, and when I requested a refund, I only received the cost of the fries back, not including the tax paid. Furthermore, the burger I ordered was cold and lacked sufficient toppings, making me question the quality of the food preparation. The overall service seemed subpar, which was reflected in the lack of customers during what is typically a busy time. Additionally, the issue with not receiving the correct refund amount suggests a potential problem with their cash handling procedures. Due to these issues, I will not be returning to this McDonald's location.

Me and my mom went to this McDonald’s to go to the bathroom because we were driving for 3 hours and keep in mind we are Hispanic so my mom’s accent is really noticeable. When we went to the bathroom when I just went in the stall someone started knocking really hard and I kept screaming I’m in here I’m in here until she stopped and the woman was making sounds for me to get out the stall because there was only 2 stalls and she gave me the most rude look ever when I came out I was extremely uncomfortable we kept getting horrible looks by the customers that were coming in and coming out that was the most rudest customers I’ve ever encountered . Don’t come to this place if you’re Hispanic I do not recommend you.

The customer service and food have went from a10 to 1. I went there this am to get a cup of coffee at 8:30 am how is the coffee cold, at 8 am, pulls me and I have to wait another 14 minutes. Had to call in & remind them that I was pulled & had been waiting on a cup of coffee for 14 minutes. This is only one of the few incidents, this morning I was over it !James
In my 42 years on this planet, this was the very worst service and food I have ever had. Left a ball game Tuesday Feb 13th around 9pm. The burger they gave me the bun was straight out of the bag the cheese was refrigerator cold and the meat patty was burnt and cold. My daughters happy meal was the same way..... I have never left a review but this place deserves this one

I enjoyed one of those wonderful apple pies.Parking: They have their usual McDonald's spaces for parking. But because they share a huge parking lot with other restaurants and fast food places you can park anywhere and it's all free.
