I got my meal and when i got home i decided to have a few bites of Chicken Alfredo, since I hadn’t had it from there before. I got up to grab a drink and on the way back, flipped the light on. There was FLY EGGS on my pasta. Disgusting I threw all food away

After I called in my order of 5 pizzas, on 08/16/2025, I made my way out to my car to go pick them up at the drive thru window. This was just 9 days after undergoing back surgery to have 5 discs fused together. I stopped by the convenient store to pick up a few drinks. As I got back in my car, my phone rang. It was the manager at Pizza Hut informing me that they were out of the type crust I had ordered. I should have just canceled the order right then, but I didn’t. I agreed to a different kind of crust, waited about 12 minutes, like the manager had suggested, so the pizzas would be ready when I arrived. Upon arriving, a young teenaged girl, with tattoos and piercings, in particular the one in the nose like a hog, shuffled to the drive thru window. She looked as if she had just crawled out of bed and, honestly, like she preferred to be back there. I paid with my debit card. I asked if my order was ready. She shuffled away to check. Once back, about 4 minutes later, she said that my pizzas were almost out. I waited another 10-12 minutes, got her attention and asked her where my order was. She again shuffled away to check. When she returned, the manager was with her. She informed me that my pizzas had just gone into the oven!!! I told her not to bother and let her know that she could refund my money and I’d order the pizzas from somewhere else. Even though there was no problem processing my payment at the drive thru window, she said I’d have to come inside to get a refund. As I was attempting to let her know that she could refund my card at the window, she slammed the window in my face and locked it. She then stepped out of the side door to speak with the 2-3 drivers of the vehicles behind me to inform them to come inside to get their orders. After this, I left and figured I’d file a complaint with my bank, in order to get my refund. As of today (09/30/25) I spoke with the card fraud protection department at my bank and the rep said they are still investigating the matter. Take your business elsewhere for pizza! Horrible attitudes and worse customer service!!!

Went through drive thru to pick up my food, a guy (nice) told me it wasn't ready yet, so I left to grab food at KFC next. Came back, the bell rang when I ran across it. There were two girls at the counter counter talking and one was VAPING! I blew my horn, they looked at me and kept talking, one walks to the window and does something on the computer and walked away. I blew the horn again, nothing, I had to knock on the window to get my food that was already paid for, they only had to hand it to me, and then it was burnt. I should have went to Domino's. And no other customer was there and now I see why.

Ordered large pepperoni pizzas. They were more pizza than pepperoni. There were a total of 12 pepperoni on an 8 slice large pizza. Very little cheese. If you want more pepperoni order the thin crust. It had 20 pieces.

I ordered a big dinner box had 2 pizzas, a pasta, and cheese sticks i have 3 kids and they snarled there nose up at the pasta and 1 of the pizzas. The cheese sticks tasted fine but they were thrown into the box and flipped so they were sticking to themselves, the pasta wasn't cooked through to the inside cheese wasn't even melted and it was cold, and the 2nd pizza they threw the sauce all in the center of the pizza and never pushed any sauce around the edges. And like I said I have 3 kids and they only ate the pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. If I could give 0 stars I would absolutely awful.
