This has got to be the worst Pizza Hut. Customer service is terrible. They will say your pizza is ready & then it takes additional 10* minutes. Staff will ignore you & have bad attitudes. Needs to hire new staff

Convenient to be able to order ahead on the app and get points that can be used for future orders. The Tavern pizzas are good. They have a unique flavor. Just not enough meat on them. I discovered that they have chicken sausage. Tastes good
You entered the business to place an order to go and people see you standing at the counter and do not say a damn word. This goes on for approximately 10 minutes. Pizza Hut should do a better job with the people that they hire.😏

For $45 very disappointed, with the quality of the food and service, The basil pesto tomato pizza, as you can see, has not one.Drop of basil pesto on it.And the spicy chicken sausage pizza is just as dry as the cardboard box it came out of and the service when I called to fix the problem not very friendly or helpful just offered a credit

We ordered during dinner time on a Wednesday evening (tonight) and the man was working alone inside. We called, he politely took our order, and by the time my wife got there it was ready. We live 15 minutes away and it was still hot when she got home and told me he was working alone. The food looked better than what I get at Papa John's when they gave a full team. Kudos to this man. I managed pizza joints for 20+ years (till the pandemic). I would have killed to have an employee, or manager, on my team with his work ethic.
