We ordered during dinner time on a Wednesday evening (tonight) and the man was working alone inside. We called, he politely took our order, and by the time my wife got there it was ready. We live 15 minutes away and it was still hot when she got home and told me he was working alone. The food looked better than what I get at Papa John's when they gave a full team. Kudos to this man. I managed pizza joints for 20+ years (till the pandemic). I would have killed to have an employee, or manager, on my team with his work ethic.

this was a replacement order and the service was slow. I ordered online and went to the pick up line...it took so long I went inside for my order.. I had a credit from a previous order that was because of poor customer service that they said they could not see in the system but would honor anyway..by the time I got my order the line in drive through still had not moved...upon getting home my bacon pizza had so little bacon on it that my husbae asked if we had ordered cheese pizza...This was a redemption order and Im usually good with patience as I have worked in food services myself...but this particular pizza hut will not be on my foods list for a LONG TIME..if at all again.

It was as It has been the last three times I purchased a pizza there. It will not happen again. Pizza was not what I ordered and not a friendly smile. no more customer service. and no more quality. Shop at your own risk.

The limited time offer for cheesesteak pizza and cheesesteak melts are dry. Not what is advertised on tv at all.
I ordered delivery from the Nashville Pizza Hut only to have the correct toppings on the wrong crusts. I even doubled checked my order to make sure it was their mistake instead of mine. I really wanted my veggie lovers on a pan crust only to have it arrive on hand tossed. Everyone knows if you are really wanted a Pizza Hut Pan Pizza, then the anything else is a huge let down.

I placed an online order and when I arrived my order was ready within the timeframe given and hot! I know prices are going up on certain items however paying over 30.00$ is a bit pricey.
