Went through the drive-thru at this location and Nicole M. helped us. She was so friendly and helpful and had a great attitude! I wish all fast food and other restaurants had someone as friendly as her working!

Drive thu girl was rude and shoved food, taco sauces and change at me. Mexican pizza was the lousy. NOT hot. Taco sauce was so old it ruined the pizza. Took it inside for a refund and the help was rude and not helpful. Asked to speak to the manager after the “kids” told me I wasn’t getting a refund just because it tasted bad! Did finally get a refund after much abuse from the “kids” , training is required on how to treat people! I will never go to the Nashville location again. NEVER EVER. One star is being generous…….

What else can you expect from a gas station Taco Bell? The discovery box was not a discovery, but a disaster box!!! I can get better quality items in the box at my local Taco Bell, than here. The burrito was not even closed properly, the tacos were a mess, just overall a full disaster. We waited about 30 minutes for our order, and the place looks dirty. Would I return? Nope!

I went through the drive thru last week and I ordered and went to pay this young lady named Kristi and I over paid by $5 so she kindly told me and handed it back to me. It’s hard to find honest people these days but she definitely is one and it was much appreciated and it was admirable. Great job young lady! Give her a raise.

I went around 11pm tonight lady that took my order was rude like she was mad that I was there my food was cold my soft shell was hard I asked for sweet tea got unsweetened and asked for hot sauce and didn’t get any my nacho fries were dumped out in the bag I won’t never go back that’s ridiculous how people treat customers us customers pay money for food we can’t even eat

These folks can't seem to remember to put everything in the bag for a pickup order. Always something missing... condiments, entree items, etc. I can't remember the last time we picked up a complete order. (We always use the Taco Bell app). I understand that missing items or wrong items are just a risk you take with fast food places, but this location has just been excessive.
