I bought two bacon actors and mi e was so dry. Like it was a left over fro. Yesterday. Surely wasn't fresh at all

Went in today they were not busy and was never acknowledged at all stood there at the register for 5 minutes and ended up walking out. Will not be going back this location needs new management !!

I went in there and a new person that was being trained was glaring at me while I was giving my order. After I got my food and I went back to the car I notice that they didn't give me Sour cream or butter for my BACON and cheese potato so I went back and got it. When I get home and open my potato I notice that there was NO bacon at all and I feel like it was done intentionally

The manager was rude and when we called they said she had been rude to everyone that day. She should not work if she is that stressed out or be coached to be in a better mood. I ordered online and paid for it and the cashier said that our order wasn’t showing up online. The food was all right so two stars and the cash register guys were polite and righted our order when we went inside so the young men did a great job.

We came through on a road trip. They served us the wrong order. My son didn't like the cheeseburger, and someone else probably didn't enjoy the taki chicken.
On the other hand, the restroom was clean.

Everything was ok until I saw that my bread was molded, along with my husband. Took it back and got our money back. Then they checked the other buns and found that they were molded as well. So be careful and check your food before eating. That was my last time eating there!

Absolutely the worst Wendy's we've ever been in. Rude employees shrugging off customers questions & cursing other employees. Have been in twice & either they're out of items or don't have all ingredients. Not sure how they got a 97 sanitation grade from Nash County either!

Gave me my food toss in a bag nugget not in cup and my baconnater fries led wasn’t close and fell into my car doesn’t follow guidelines and rules when ordering like they can’t comprehend always messing up orders . Why put 3 different orders in the same bag when it’s going to 3 different people.
Been a while since I’ve been to this location Wendy’s. Today I just had a small order of fries.
And I see you have three or four new Frosty’s I’m ready to try them all. Maybe next time though still friendly Service keep up the good work .

Ordered salad, no salads. Wanted chocolate frosty, only had vanilla.
I waited at the counter for approximately five minutes and was ignored. This place will not change until management changes. Corporate needs to take care of business.🤨
