Gave me my food toss in a bag nugget not in cup and my baconnater fries led wasn’t close and fell into my car doesn’t follow guidelines and rules when ordering like they can’t comprehend always messing up orders . Why put 3 different orders in the same bag when it’s going to 3 different people.
Been a while since I’ve been to this location Wendy’s. Today I just had a small order of fries.
And I see you have three or four new Frosty’s I’m ready to try them all. Maybe next time though still friendly Service keep up the good work .
Drive thru was fast and efficient. Friendly folks.
Ordered salad, no salads. Wanted chocolate frosty, only had vanilla.
I waited at the counter for approximately five minutes and was ignored. This place will not change until management changes. Corporate needs to take care of business.🤨

Worst place I ever been to they closed the store a whole 45 minutes early tonight called in there someone picked up the phone name Detrell and was playing on the phone wouldn’t tell me cooperate number nor his boss name … I asked why could they answer the phone but not take my order he couldn’t answer he said they were closed but it was 9:15 didn’t have no short staff sign up or nothing people walking in and outside but no one in drive thru
Placed order at the counter, didn't get a receipt nor did they ask for my name. The kid taking the order acted like he was at high school, not paying attention and didn't care about the work. We had to ask for straws because the self serve area was out. Half of the drink options on the freestyle machine were unavailable. I placed another order for frosties while at the restaurant. They used chocolate frosty instead of vanilla and didn't tell us that vanilla wasn't available. The caramel swirl frosty is supposed to use vanilla for a reason. When we asked the manager about it, they said one machine is down and they're alternating each day. Tomorrow is vanilla.

This is hands down my absolute favorite wendys restaurant. Everyone is so friendly and very good at their jobs. You can tell they take pride in their restaurant and what they're doing. My order is always correct, and they are super nice about all my little ordering quirks.

Staff completely by passing inside customers stood in line for almost 10 mins seems they train employees to focus on mainly on drive thru employee came from drive thru after handling money to handling food without washing hands terrible I had to go to McDonald’s bc at least there fast

This Wendy's in Nashville is the worst establishment ever. Truly needs to be closed down. No management guidance at all. Store open at 8:00 at night and lazy, rude, disrespectful Employees will not take orders. Standing at behind machine peeping out at customers...inside and drive-thru. The worst Establishment ever in the town of Nashville. Controlled by the worst ever management! I will never support again and will male sure other do the same.

Didn't end up ordering after standing at the counter and watching the most inept crew I've ever witnessed for 10 mins..no one ever greeted me or attempted to take my order..this is the most pathetic Wendy's I've ever encountered, and that's saying something. None of the people I witnessed should be working in the service industry.. absolutely pathetic!!!

Ordered 30 dollars worth of food. One meal being a Dave's double. It was given to me with no lettuce. When I took it to the counter and showed them, the dip shit cashier was like "oh, they didn't put no lettuce on it?" Then they bring me out a leaf of lettuce in a container. When I asked for them to remake the burger the way I ordered it, they said I didn't need to be so hostile. I'm still in the store as I type this review. I had to basically raise my voice just to get the cashier to acknowledge me in the first place. No manager seemed to care. Absolutely terrible service. A bunch of punk ass kids working and not showing any respect to the customer, and if they arent kids, they sure as hell aren't adults with how they act. Everyone on this shift needs to be fired asap.
