The Dreamsicle Frosty was delicious. Unfortunately, customer service was frosty also. It seemed like it hurt her to speak. No smile, she looked mad. I think I received a thank you after standing there a few seconds, after receiving my Frosty.

If you’re looking for terrible customer service, people playing over your food and an attitude every single time you go then this is the place for you. Whether it’s morning, evening or night the attitudes are brewing, the faces are frowning and the cold food is being thrown in the bag with lots of negative energy. The people obviously hate their jobs and they are awaiting your arrival to show you just how much. Nothing like an attitude and cold meal to ruin your day!

Just ordered food through the drive through. The employee taking the order was very rude and acted like taking our order was too much trouble for her. Next they were out of unsweetened tea. We got our drinks and were told to pull up without even getting our payment. In a few minutes she was outside at our car telling us we needed to pay with an even worse attitude than before. Heck, she is the one that told us to pull up and caused herself that extra trip. When our food finally came, the salad was thrown in the bag sideways and dumped out. One chicken sandwich combo was missing. We ordered extra bbq sauce for the nuggets. Well we didn’t get the regular sauce let alone the extra. When going back inside to get the missing items the manager got smart with us and took 10 minutes of arguing to understand the #10 combo was missing. No apologies at all. Then they started talking and laughing about us before we even got out the door.
It was ok. I wish they treated my $5 biggie bag with the same respect that they treat my Daves Single and baconnator combos.

I got a double Dave's no ketchup,mayo or tomatoes,why, soy products tank testosterone, tomatoes have lectin cause leaky gut, and the buns have lectin ,so I eat the burgers only , and a salad again the dressing has soy in it,no good , thr food industry has not woke up yet. Dr. STEVEN Gundry

We placed an order around lunch time. We had to wait a few extra minutes but nothing crazy. We ordered the Ghost Pepper sandwich, regular crispy sandwich and a Cobb salad with ranch dressing. The hubs said the ghost pepper sandwich was good. It had a little bite to it but nothing crazy. The regular chicken sandwich was good and hot. The Cobb salad was delicious with fried onion bits (the kind you put on a green bean casserole, chicken, bacon, egg, tomato, cheese and more. It was a hearty salad. We will definitely order all of this again. We did a pickup order but when eating inside previously the atmosphere is casual.
