Great food, but turn AC in dining room off when it is 45 degrees outside. Had to eat with a coat on.

Snarky drive thru operator when requested fresh food due to 3 prior visits of cold stale Fry's and cold BBQ boneless wings. We lovee Zaxby's but they don't seem to value how hard we work for our money while serving us cold inedible food not fit for my dogs. Prices have become ridiculously high

I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard. This fry portion must be a joke? I bought 2 kids meals, as I have for years for my kids & I have never seen such a sad excuse for a portion size in my life. Half of them are overcooked and dry. I think they got 4 “decent” fries out of an almost $7 overpriced meal.

Drive thru time was average. The Mr Beasts box was delicious. On first sight the garden salad looked questionable - especially for $8. I was disappointed and didn’t even eat it the first day. I was pleasantly surprised the next day when I had it for lunch. It wasn’t as bad as I thought.
