I never do reviews but HAD to do it for this specific location. Imagine 20+ rambunctious 8th graders walked into your establishment. Most would’ve shown some type of irritation on their face. Not this group. They didn’t blink an eye, seemed frustrated or try to rush us out of there. Every employee was so helpful and pleasant. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

The employees here are amazing. Getting orders correct seems to be a struggle these days, but here there has been only two times in many years that were wrong. My wife has to eat gluten free and twice they put her grilled chicken on a bun. I am very impressed with the people at this location.

This is the type of food they are selling people here, this looks like throw up on a plate and my other meal had wing sauce soaked in the toast.The manager on duty excuse was”I didn’t make it” they kept getting my order wrong. I ordered also a traditional wings n things plate and glad I check my food before I leave the window they had given me boneless. There was a girl in there with long braids that kept running her mouth because folks was tired of them messing up their food.They are not doing their job here and the wrong people are running this place.Customer service is terrible on night shift.I had to give at least 1 star to make this post. Just know you get 0 stars from me.

The best Zaxby’s I have been to in my life! I love the Christmas decorations! The food is always great! They need to fix the Zaxby’s sign that is facing the highway because the lights are blown out. It stands out like a sore thumb against all of the beautiful Christmas lights.I usually don’t get bad food from here, but last night I got a kicken chicken sandwich that was not good. When you guys make a kicken chicken sandwich it needs to be made with crispy chicken tenders. Also, it need an equal amount of ranch and tongue torching sauce. Otherwise it sucks.
I love how they decorate this Zaxbys for the holidays it looks absolutely beautiful it puts me in the holiday mood everytime I see it. The drive thru moves fast and the food is decent. No issues.

I was surprised. Didn’t expect this level in the drive through. Being from the west coast and out of options this was a good fun eat. I recommend the chicken. Good food, fun service through a drive through.
Food is good majority of the time. Place is always full. So that should tell you something. Great service .

It was nice for my first time at this restaurant.The food was great and I liked the seamless pick-up option.My food was ready and had all the fixings (dressings, utensils, sauces) in the bag already waiting in the holding area .I didn't really interact with the staff this time as I didn't really need to and they were tending to other patrons.It wasn't as busy inside as it was in the drive thru .It was also not as expensive as I figured for a 6 PC chicken tender meal, Zaxby House Zalad and 2 nibblers .The only thing I didn't like is my nibblers bread was HARD AS HELL lol. I will not be getting those again. It was basically like a chicken tender on a small toasted bun but it wasn't giving what I expected ?. However, I enjoyed the sauce it came with .I will definitely try Zaxbys again.

I've been here a few times. The food quality is hit or miss. The last time I visited on 9/15/23, it was busy. We decided to go inside to eat this time so we could enjoy our food before we headed to Raleigh. It took awhile for our order to be taken & the cashier seemed upset, but I got her to laugh. So, that was a good thing. We got the wings and things combo and a kiddie finger meal. They gave us a number & eventually brought it to our table. The fries were fresh, but the chicken wasn't. Neither was the toast. For all the customers in the drive thru and inside the restaurant who got food before us, I don't understand why it wasn't all fresh. After we ate, we got some chocolate chip cookies to go. They were yummy. I will probably be back soon. Hopefully all of our food will be fresh then & I can update this review.
