i ordered a hamburger no mustard with candied bacon and got a cheeseburger instead. it was for my mom who is lactose intolerant. nothing in my entire order was made correctly

I’m not very happy with Hardees it seems they jacked up on their prices since hurricane Helena come through Shame on them if they have I know they need to make money, but don’t take advantage of people when they’re down and out. Yes, the food is good. The service they need to improve on then it seems like I get different prices from the same order I get each time. I usually use the drive-through.

We ordered a chicken sandwich. It is supposed to have a chicken filled, but the one we got had 2 small chicken tenders. We also ordered a candied bacon chicken sandwich but received a cold hamburger. Also, the coke was mostly carbonated water. We had 2 other items that were cold as well. Avoid this place at all cost.

I went in and the food was hot and fast. The service was incredible, and i would recommend anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly resturant go to hardees.
