The only reason I am giving 4 stars is the iced coffee was very good. I got the spicy chicken combo with fries, in my mind thinking of a Wendy's spicy chicken. It was not. The chicken was good, and the pickle slice was good. Nothing else was on it. My bad, I won't make that mistake. But the fries! I was hungry so I pulled into a parking spot to eat. Guess what? Luke warm fries. NOT CLOSE TO BEING HOT!! In fact as I write this, 4 stars is being generous....
Joe is incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. I had a large order in the drive through and he made my day by making me feel like I was the only customer they had. His smile is contagious and he has the art of customer service mastered. Thank you, Joe, for caring about your job and every single customer.
Me and my family stopped by Hardee's to get us a shake and joe the guy at the window was very friendly and had a big smile on his face he gave us great service. We just wanted to say thanks.
