Every other restaurant shows they're closed for Christmas, this one says open and we drove there and it's closed. We understand if you want to close on Christmas, but update Google like EVERYONE else so people don't make an unnecessary trip.

Only 1 star so I could leave this review. I have been here multiple times as I both live and work here. Service has been marginal at best and for the last time I was given a breakfast order completely cold at 5:30 in the morning how is this possible At least they are consistent in that regard 👍

The employees are very rude and this guy even had something to say to my friend for asking him a question and there was these 2 people in the kitchen hugging and all over each other they wasn’t wearing gloves or anything and honestly they take forever to get food to you and when they bring a drink it’s only half way full and seems like they top it off with water it’s not very good and my food is always sloppy and the manger had to bring 3 of our items because the girl was trying to be on her phone and not pay attention I just went today and this is what they gave me a Big Mac missing a patty and a bun then took 20 minutes to bring me one after remaking it they left it setting in the bagging station

Stopped in for a quick bite. Almost fully automated service (i.e. order from kiosk). Eating in, get a number and food is brought to your table. Drive thru window was in lobby, do employee had to bring bags into eating area. First McDonslds I've been to that was designed this way

I live nearby so come here often as it's one of two fast food places anywhere around. 8/10 times the food is wrong or not cooked. I come in to order and have been seen by the manager Sean along with other customers and have been ignored for over 30 minutes as of writing.
This place sucks. Ordered a few days ago, Ordered 3 hamburgers, a mccrispy chicken 3 fries. Got to the window only handed the hamburgers. Asked were the fries were, after much arguing finally got them. Noticed no mccrispy in the bag, told them showed receipt guy kept saying no Order complete. Didn't get the sandwich. Ordered today at 10:00 on the app. It was posted they serve breakfast till 10:30. I know it was stupid to Order but I wanted hotcakes for some reason. I get there and they were oh we canceled your order. Asked how come we stop serving breakfast at 10:30. Yes I know that but I Order it on the app at 10:00. So why wasn't it took. Sorry we canceled your order. Yeah by why. Never told why they canceled it just kept repeating its canceled.

The food was over all good except for my bacon which was greasy but that isn’t that big of a deal. However the service was not good and the man in the front with ginger hair kept getting mad, but the brunette girl with glasses was very helpful and when they didn’t give me my tea, even though she just came in a few minutes prior she got me my tea and was nice too.

I ordered a Carmel frappe and it had pieces of chocolate in it. Im deathly allergic to chocolate and at least one of the employees knows this since they know me outside of the building.

I was driving up to Banner Elk and got hungry along the way. The beauty of McDonalds is it's consistency anywhere and everywhere. While I have had some less than ideal experiences, this location got it right. Dining room is the smallest I have ever seen for a McDonald's, and it was packed, so I ate in my car (drive through line was long but moving quickly, I just wanted to park and eat).
