I'm thankful this one is bs l open but they definitely need better training! Like someone from corporate or something. They don't spread out your items on the sandwich very well so almost all of it is just in the middle with not much on the ends. I ordered a wrap and the person that made it rolled it up in paper then cut it. There's quite a few things they don't do right so just more in depth training at this store would be great The e players are always nice and very respectful !

The New staff SUCKS! We waiting over an hour for our online order. The order said ready ,but when we went in the lady said the boy had just started making it. We went back in 10 mins later and the women was making other subs and the boy was still working hard on our order. The lady was lazy and only cared about the man she was fliting with! I highly dissatisfied with the staff and the quickness / quality! Do NOT recommend!

Place sucks they don’t have any of the things or breads most of the times which is poor management and they need to put someone else in that position clearly they don’t take care of the place or provide the right service they are always missing stuff.

That lady first working morning shift, is a no no.. Thurs, Mar, 28, 2024. 09:50 am this lady had no bread available yet open the store at 930.. she said she had no bread available yet she had flat bread.. I asked for one she only puts the amount of meat that's suppose to go on 6in and trying to roll up a whole piece of flat bread upside down.. and then after being salty. She tries to charge for a full footlong.

We tried to place an order online 20 minutes before they closed at 8pm and were told they couldn't take the order. I was there 10 minutes till and the heavy set girl still refused to take the order. The girl with short hair was trying to be helpful and even called the owner while I was there. I guess the owner didn't need to make $25 the last 20 minutes of the day. Very shocked at this behavior and rudeness of the lady working.

If you want your sub made correctly ordering online go to another subway. Both subs toasted, we put not toasted, subs seemed real light on meat as well and we literally paid extra for bacon, their isn’t even bacon on the sub lol I don’t even do reviews lol.

Finally back!! My sandwiches were wonderful and the lady running the whole place by herself was awesome... Hopefully people won't be aholes when it's busy and give them a hard time because people to lazy to work
