I do not usually give five star ratings the first time I go into a restaurant except for when they are exceptional. And in this case Rachel's Whistle Stop Cafe to me was exceptional. Wonderful atmosphere as soon as you walk in. You can tell this is a family restaurant. The waitress greeted us with a smile then we had fun joking back and forth. Emily was a fantastic waitress. My experience at Rachel's Whistle Stop was delightful. The restaurant features a charming train theme, with pictures and toy trains adorning the dining room.
