This was a fantastic experience! Beautiful access to the beach and going on the off season was incredible. We got to have the beach pretty much all to ourselves! The condo we stayed in was stunning (we rented this out through Andrew on Airbnb). The condos were quiet and so well taken care of. Being able to hear the ocean while you sleep, step out on your balcony and watch the dolphins. The beach is literally a few minutes away with a private walkway and the condo we stayed in was very affordable. We can’t wait to come back again!

I co-own the cleaning company, Super Mom's Cleaning Services, and we provide our services 2-3 times per week for Unit 315A, better known as Bikini Bottom Condominium. It's an absolute gem, the view alone will amaze, makes your visit 100x better than most other beach condo vacation rentals in North Topsail Beach. The layout is condensed to one story, hardwood flooring throughout, and offers 3 Full Bathrooms, each stocked with travel sized toiletry items for your convenience, 2 King Bedrooms, bedding, bath towels, and wash clothes are all folded and presented on each bed within the condo,Bunk Beds Room for the kids, other family members, or friends, very open and welcoming ocean view oriented Living/ Dining Room, and addition seating at the Bartop. The kitchen is not big but it is opened up adjacent to the Living/ Dining Rooms and full of provided amenities. Washer and Dryer included as well as 2 Guest Parking Passes and 8 Coded Wristbands that grant you access to the pool/ courtyard area are provided and are located with the New Guest Welcome Arrangement. All Check-In/ Out Requirements, Wi-Fi Information, Rules, and all other information you may need during your stay will be in the Welcome Binder. Highly recommend staying at this place if you're going to be vacationing on Topsail Island!
