Had dinner March 2nd with my wife. Views are amazing and our waitress was very nice and did her job well. Please call ahead as they have a very limited menu for the off-season. My wife enjoyed her salad with grilled chicken and my burger was very good. Had they not had the salad we would have had to get up and leave since the menu had nothing else available for my wife to pick from.

Food not very good. Shrimp scampi noodles luke warm, plain with no seasoning, very bland do not recommend. Fries that came with hamburger cold and stale. Hamburger not the best. Slaw has a very weird taste. Grilled chicken and red potatoes were okay. Restaurant was out of ribeyes, something to do with ordering. Fried pickles and hush puppies were great. View was great but food not keeping up. Save yourself some money and get alot better food at the pirate restaurant in building one.

My family and myself stopped in here for our first time to check it out. First off if I was rating it strictly off the view while dining it would be a solid 5 stars, however I know you want a legitimate review of the whole package so here it is.There was 6 of us and we sat down with only roughly a 5 minute wait. Our waitress was another 5ish minutes before bringing us a plate of hushpuppies and taking our drink order. Drinks(including several bar items) came out relatively fast. We ordered 3 appetizers and they were brought out quickly and all 3(fried pickles, calamari, grouper bites) were very good and tasted fresh!Next arrived our food roughly 20 minutes later. We had Shrimp and grits, grilled chicken plate, grilled tuna plate, grilled salmon plate, shrimp scampi pasta, and a kids chicken tenders meal. The tenders, scampi, shrimp in the grits, tuna and even the hush puppies were all over cooked! Tenders were still decently flavored even though they were extra crispy. Scampi and the rest was eat able, but not good and I wouldn't recommend it. The grits were very good even though the shrimp was overcooked so that was a plus. It should be a lot better for what it cost! The view is a whole other story! You're sitting on the 7th floor right on the beach so you're basically looking right over the water. It's beautiful! Especially watching the sunset while you're eating!!Personally I'd go back for the view, but I won't be ordering anything that bring over cooked will effect. Lol. Probably a bowl of cheese grits and an appetizer.

Shrimp scampi was very bland… could have made the same for 7 dollars at home. shrimp had no seasoning at all was basically warmed and placed in bowl. Noodles were room temp and only sauce was noodle water… one of our guests Left the whole dish should have sent back and not paid the 20 dollars. One of our family members forced them self to eat it because it was priced so high. Overall restaurant overpriced and food is not keeping up with the atmosphere. Prices need to be re-evaluated or dishes need improvement. I was expecting a gourmet dinner for 150-200 dollars for a family of 6.

My blackened salmon was incredible! We also loved the crab dip! While the food was fantastic, the wait to sit was long, and we heard that management was not kind to the employees when it is busy. There are elements that are right here, but there is room for improvement.

Had a martini and it wasn’t even served in a martini glass. Ordered the most expensive meal (scallops and shrimp). It only came with one side. ( baked potato or mashed potato wasn’t even a choice ) I had a side salad. 5 small shrimp on a skewer and five small scallops. (Scallops were undercooked) Usually served on a bed of rice in any upscale restaurant but not this one. On a plate with nothing else. Not even on a leaf of lettuce for presentation. $28 !!! My daughter had the chicken Alfredo which was huge but on the dry side. I’ve had meals in London and the Caribbean and this was the worst meal for the money experience I’ve had. Ordered chocolate cake because I was still starving from the small meal. The cake was frozen in the middle. ( our server did credit us for the cake) Only one fork. Upscale restaurants always have a salad fork and entree fork. Don’t waste your money here!! Worst $76 (plus tip) I ever spent.

I was with my best friend celebrating her bachelorette party. There ended up being a tropical storm that night and the restaurant closed down without calling to let us know. We arrived at the restaurant with many other confused parties because no one was notified of this. I understand there was a storm but it’s very unprofessional to not contact multiple reservations. Called the manager and his response was “what did you want me to do about it?” Very rude and not apologetic. Ruined her special night. I would not recommend placing your trust in them.

The view was great. Not busy but no one asked if we needed a second drink. $27 for 5 shrimp and 4 scallops was ridiculous. Scallops were burnt. Would not recommend. Plenty of staff just not attentive.

Some in my group wanted crab legs the last night we were on vacation at st. Regis on north topsail. I went online and saw that the restaurant in the complex at st. Regis had them. We chose to eat there and that was a mistake. The atmosphere was cold as was our waitress crystal. She never smiled and was very short with us. We looked at the menu and no crab legs so I asked her. She very quickly and snarkily sa8d "no crab legs..that was an old menu". I was ready to walk out but my k8ds said it was fine so we stayed. I will say the guy who brought out our appetizers was nice and the food was good for the price but Crystal needs to go to a customer treatment class. We will not go back. And update your dang menu online!
