The absolute best smoked meat. You can smell it driving down the road. Service is phenomenal and Chad, our server, was the absolute man. Props to be able to accommodate to my little one’s food allergies. Will never come to this area and NOT come here.

Izzy was our server and was phenomenal! The food was SPOT on! Smoked wings to perfection! I had the fish sandwich which was amazing. Philly cheesesteak also great. Nachos were super fresh. Chicken was moist and full of flavor. Everything was hot and fresh. Drinks were superb! We were on vacation so I super bummed I will probably never get to eat here again!

My wife and I lived in North Wilkesboro for 5 years & have lived about 40 minutes north for the past almost 5 years. On a recent paint run we decided to stop & have an early dinner at Cinder Bistro. Being our 1st time there we didn’t know what to expect. Well let me tell you, we were BLOWN AWAY with the fabulous food, great service & attention to detail that we experienced! The smoked bbq pork, chicken & brisket was among the best we’ve ever had, and the sides were just as delicious! We highly recommend this place and encourage everyone to try it! We’ll be back many times, I guarantee it! 😃

Great food, awesome staff (Jeff? I think, was our server) and he was really friendly, kind, helpful and attentive. Really impressed by the food too, the chicken for the kids tenders was top notch, the smash burgers were delicious and those that had the brisket raved about it.
The kids had some crayons and pictures to color and loved their food too.
Kid-friendliness: Big kids menu, both of my kids loved it (20months and 5 years), grilled cheese and chicken tenders.

We shared and appetizer and 12 wings and were stuffed. The smoked wings are huge and the dry rub mixed with ranch dressing was fantastic!
