Izzy was our server and was phenomenal! The food was SPOT on! Smoked wings to perfection! I had the fish sandwich which was amazing. Philly cheesesteak also great. Nachos were super fresh. Chicken was moist and full of flavor. Everything was hot and fresh. Drinks were superb! We were on vacation so I super bummed I will probably never get to eat here again!

My wife and I lived in North Wilkesboro for 5 years & have lived about 40 minutes north for the past almost 5 years. On a recent paint run we decided to stop & have an early dinner at Cinder Bistro. Being our 1st time there we didn’t know what to expect. Well let me tell you, we were BLOWN AWAY with the fabulous food, great service & attention to detail that we experienced! Good food! The wings, the corn nuggets and the caramel apple cider were delicious! Jeff was also such a nice guy, definitely has the personality I wish all waiters/waitresses had. Would recommend
