This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever visited!!! We waited 20 minutes for ice cold food. I had to get out of the car and go back to the first window to ask about my order. The guy finally brought our order with a lame excuse that someone had come inside asking for that order. That was a complete lie!!! They should have given them the cold food! I will never return to this location!! No apologies when we told them how long we had been waiting! It put me in a bad mood. I hope everyone will read this and not visit this location!

Good food but get an attitude from employees when ask for condiments or anything. Clearly look at the $6 chicken sandwich I bought ... After asking for them to add pickles before they made the sandwich 😒

I use the mobile app always and curbside pickup. The service is generally slow. I've sat there waiting for 15 minutes several times. The food is usually always hot though and the person who brings the food out is friendly.

Consistently over the last 2 years this location has been going downhill I am a local customer and hear it from many locals how they drive across town to the 421 location if they want mcdonalds because of the poor service and high wait times I personally waited 12 minutes at the order screen on 8/19 to be told to wait longer !! It has been consistently getting worse at this location !!!! Tm doesn't greet customers instead the leading comment is will.you be using our mobile app instead of welcome to mcdonalds will you be using our mobile app and tms seem to be bothered by the fact they have to wait on customers!

Ok i enjoy the food great place but 4 daysbin a row i go and they dont have what i want. Their workers have been nice about it but why do they tell me tomorrow everytime i go and still not got it. 4 days total...

Just a bunch of kids goofing off. We ordered McFlurrys at the drive through and literally watched the kid goofing off and what looked like intentionally making a horrible mess and laughing. Gave us the McFlurrys with ice cream all over the sides. I didn’t get her name because all her name tag said was CC loves AJ. We didn’t get a receipt and literally the fries had no salt. Either there was no manager on site or they are not terribly concerned with the image or quality of service. Even if it is McDonald’s some managers or at least general managers care about portraying a positive image and one that invites customers rather than repel them. How disappointing. But on a positive note, the ice cream machine wasn’t broken yet so we’ll call it a win.
