The last 3 times I have been in the last couple of weeks my order has been completely wrong or items have been missing. The first time I ordered a Sausage McGriddle only to get all the way to work and find out it was a sausage, egg and cheese muffin. The 2nd time I got a filet o fish when I ordered a 10 piece McNugget. This morning I ordered a gravy biscuit with a hashbrown and my hashbrown was missing. Then I found a long black hair (pictured below) in my food.

Drive thru slow.
Cashier rude and EXTREMELY slow. Looked at us three times before finally opening the window.
Did not have order ready or correct when we finally got to the window to pick up our food.
Normally not like this at this restaurant.

30 minute drive thru experience. Failed to rotate double drive-thru causing one lane to flow. Forced to park in curbside pickup for additional 15 minutes. Missing item. Consistent poor experience over span of 8 years.

Filled order incorrectly with menu screen broke so order could not be verified. Order was verbally repeated as I ordered. After driving home and returnining was advised I had to pay $4 difference with no apology. Very poor customer service.

I can Not count how many times I have asked for a bunch of pickles and the paper on my box of food only says 2 pickles and I didn't get a single one, I never get any pickles. STOP BEING STINGY. I'm paying for it so put the freaking pickels on there. I'm tired of getting ALL THE WAY HOME just to find out I have NO pickels. Than I call and they say we'll just come back and well fix it. Yall won't pay for the Gas that it takes to get there, so I can't just go back. Just get it right the 1st time. Yall NEVER get it right, Unless I ask for a whole cup of pickels. Than yall look at us like we're crazy. Just stop being stingy, it's not like yall are paying for it and eating it, I AM. One more time. I WANT MY PICKELS. I had no choice but to stop by there again, and every time I do regret it.

This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever visited!!! We waited 20 minutes for ice cold food. I had to get out of the car and go back to the first window to ask about my order. The guy finally brought our order with a lame excuse that someone had come inside asking for that order. That was a complete lie!!! They should have given them the cold food! I will never return to this location!! No apologies when we told them how long we had been waiting! It put me in a bad mood. I hope everyone will read this and not visit this location!
