I am lost on how hard it is to get one pizza order correct. I ordered meat lovers and got plain cheese. been on hold over 40 minutes waiting for an answer.
I have been a customer for many years, but I had a horrible experience with customer service. I placed an order and was told that someone had called and changed it, knowing good and well it had not. They continued to blame me for the mistake and say someone “pranked” them or me when no one else besides my family even knew the order had been placed. I’m so disgusted with the attitude and accusations that I will not return to Pizza Hut again.
Great pizza!!! Tasted wonderful! Our first time passing thru town.Friendly waitress.
