Called the place to let them know there was a long hair in my food and the lady hung up on me…. Amazing service. Great workers!! But long story short was just going to try to get refund for the wings but couldn’t even do that because I was hung up on. Tried to call back nobody answered

I set on the phone on hold for 15 minutes to change the time for my order because the app wouldn’t take apple pay and I had to reload the app to choose cash which changed my time. Had to hang up and call again to get someone to answer by the time I got a response they said the store had to call me and I didn’t get the food because I was already going to work by the time I got any call back it’s good I didn’t pay ahead of time for my order or I would’ve lost the money

It’s kind of ironic that they put ‘Dining Room’ on their sign when they won’t acknowledge you when you come in. Got up and left after 10 minutes of being ignored and observing workers vaping inside.

The online orders weren’t received at the Pizza Hut location. Waited almost an hour, along with others, to get my pizza that was ordered an hour before. If you’re going to use the online ordering system you need to make sure it works.

Brought my daughter in to use her scholastic voucher for a free personal pan pizza. I was charged for the pizza anyway, as my voucher was apparently forgotten just as my drinks were until we asked for them when the food arrived. I was also told the soda machine was messed up. But that if I wanted bottles I could be charged for the fountain drink instead as it is cheaper and what I wanted to order anyway. Nope. I was still charged per each bottle fully. Overall just heavily disappointed in what was supposed to be a treat for my kids, seeing as it is such a pricey establishment for pizza they don’t get this often. I was not expecting to spend $40 on one large pizza and two personal pans with drinks when I had the voucher. I was also denied a receipt, so that also tracks considering I was overcharged.

Went for a Birthday lunch party. The staff and owner were great, very accommodating. Food was good, hot. Restaurant was clean and decorated for Halloween. A very nice experience.
