Clean, friendly, and incredibly fresh tasting food. The pupusas, the carne asada plate, and the sopes are delicious! I could eat an entire plate of the cabbage they give with the pupusas. My favorite place to eat in North Wilkesboro!

Since I and my daughter have lived among hispanic and central American peoples I thought this would be a good place to try I was seriously mistaken. I went with a couple of American Friends and my daughter who is half hispanic herself and has grown up eating central American food. I Ordered the huaraches with an elongated tortilla so thick it was heavy but had very little atop it. My American friends ordered foods I had prepared for them in the past because they knew roughly what to expect, they were both disappointed but the highlight was the kids ACP she enjoyed it with cream rather than the cheese sauce normally served at other locations she received the adult size portion which was charged appropriately when we paid our bill as the adult portion but she will have some later when she wants something before bed. The ACP being done to perfection is the only reason I gave 2 stars. I did tio well even though the service, atmosphere, and other foods were all lacking. I would recommend that they get a food truck and sell only a few items in order to perfect those before adding more to the menu.

We randomly stopped by on the way home from a family mountain trip and were pleasantly surprised by how great the food and the service was. Highly recommend. The refried beans are vegetarian too! A+

HIGHLY recommend.First visit was spectacular! I've never had pupusas until today, but they were delicious, as were the empanadas de pollo! Their fresh made pineapple juice was also delicious - only hate I didn't found out about the place sooner! Is now officially in my rotation of regular lunch locations.

They should rename this place ‘Never miss’ because it always hits the spot. I’ve been here twice and had the sopes and pupusas. Hot, fresh, and served with a smile every time. Authentic atmosphere and friendly staff.

The building is an older structure but the dining area appeared to be very clean. Everyone was very nice and friendly. My husband and I ordered the ACP and really liked it. We will definitely visit again to try different menu items.
