What a fantastic find! This place has a quaint small town feel, but carries big robust flavors! The coffee, pizza and salads were top notch. Outstanding flavor blends with bold takes old favorites. Don’t sleep on the pastries either. The lesson here…quality ingredients matter, but skills and service make the memories. Can’t wait to visit again!

I compare this to Stick Boy Kitchen in Boone, and of course when you are doing comparisons one's going to come up short, in this case it would be Talias. It was a very interesting little Nook and it was really cute the way they had arranged everything and the different items they had used to give it a real relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere. On that score they would have been the winners ...That said the food I could take it or leave it. The portions were small and the choices were varied but not that many. This is one that if someone else we re paying and really wanted to go there, I would, though if I had a choice, I would opt for another venue.

First time here…I don’t know what it is with coffee shops and why they are indifferent, maybe it’s the laid back vibe they think they are portraying. The two I came in contact with were just not friendly, no smile, little to no response. Coffee was very good!

Yes 5 star even when the customers made me unworthy of being there me erich which is homeless in his car and broke down behind talias the staff was amazing and the coffee was about the best i ever had for me up and to the parts store thanks for the morning motivation

We were driving to Boone and wanted to stop for a drink and snack. We were not in any hurry. The atmosphere was great for a coffee shop. Coffee was great and the treats were great too. It’s locally owned and well run.
I am a bit disappointed with my experience here today. I ordered a matcha latte with sweet foam, it was my mistake that I did not initially ask if the matcha contained a sweetener already (but it does, added sugar in the matcha and apparently vanilla syrup). I received my matcha latte and it was incredibly too sweet, practically drinking a cup of sugar, so I apologized for not realizing that I didn’t need sweet foam and asked if they could make it again without anything added (with the exception of the added sugar in the matcha that I understand cannot be taken out). I reiterated this multiple times that I did not want anything added, just matcha and milk… I received my second matcha and the barista told me she added one pump of vanilla because if she didn’t it would taste like grass… and again, it was just too sweet for me and I couldn’t drink that one either. Rather interesting to me that vanilla was added completely against my request of not wanting anything added.
