Only had the chips, but they're probably some of the best I've had. Good ranch too. Atmosphere is great and comforting. Waitress was quick and nice. Overall great experience.
Alright guys, this was a cool stop for my family and I on vacation in North Wilkesboro. The Lost Wombat (which is objectively the most amazing name for a restaurant) was really good! Here are my takeaways…
1.) The Atmosphere: This truly was an enjoyable atmosphere to be in. It kinda did feel like I stepped into an Australian restaurant which I think every place should do based on the style of food they serve. Loved the family friendly vibes I got from it.

Oh my goodness this place was amazing for something different. My husband and i got the pimento chese burger. It has a name but i forgot but it is pictures. We also got the grilled veggies...perfectly seasoned .they were great! Staff was friendly but they were understaffed and because if that it was alittle slow. Now the austrailan dessert was 100 percent different than anything i ever had but it was amazing as well. We arent from around here but im sure we will be back one day....
